Très mauvaise expérience, personnel odieux, personnel de chambre rentre dans notre chambre à 8h du matin sans s’excuser , lorsque nous sortons de la chambre à 8h30 pour aller petit déjeuner, la même personne nous demande de façon très agressive de partir au plus vite car d’autres clients doivent arriver. Demandant des explications à la réception, on ne reçoit aucune excuse. Nous montons petit déjeuner et là on nous dit qu’il est trop tard alors que la fin du service est à 9h et qu’il est 8h40…. Il faut que je m’énerve pour que nous soyons servis… petit déjeuner pas bon du tout , jus insipides allongés à l’eau , chocolat chaud idem, pain bas de gamme. Et que dire de la chambre ? Lit double petit, douche sans pression, chambre sans charme… heureusement ce n’était que pour une nuit pour la modique somme de 170 eur, merci beaucoup pour ce moment. Restera dans notre top 3 des pires hôtels…

Great value for money, very good room with balcony, a great welcome for my dog, clean room, attentive staff. Breakfast and meals very good. We will definitely come back.

Hotel for groups. Low level service. Tiny room, we were traveling with our labrador and we couldn't move around easily. Positive note: the proximity to the Sanctuary and the kindness of the receptionist. We dined inside with a frankly low-level fixed menu. Low quality/price ratio
