It is not the first time that I make a pilgrimage to Lourdes, this is the 5th time and it has always been a wonderful experience also for the stay but not this time. The Hotel Helgon is not comfortable, the rooms are dirty, the service leaves the garbage on the floor in the room. The breakfast to be cancelled. You can not even have a coffee after lunch because they do not do it. Zero professionalism and courtesy also. I will never go back there again and I do not recommend it.

We went on a pilgrimage to Lourdes from Cordoba and Madrid. Clean hotel, well located, good food, very good service even when we asked for a room change because the first night we couldn't sleep well due to an air conditioner that was on the street. With the change the problem was solved. Very kind when looking for something lost and they helped us at all times. Recommended thanks

The room was spacious, with air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a nice shower. The breakfast was excellent by European standards, with a variety of items. And the entire hotel staff was very attentive to us. I would like to highlight Salvatore, who welcomed us and treated us with warmth, care, and unparalleled kindness (he even taught me a few expressions in French), and also Andrea, who checked us out in Portuguese, exchanging information about the city, the hotel's opening hours, and the main attractions in Lourdes. We felt very welcomed!
