Amazing location! Just a stone’s throw from the sanctuary entrance! Wonderful, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome! I would whole-heartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again!

Although it is far from the station, it was very close to the Rosary Basilica and very convenient.
All the staff were nice.
The room was clean as well. The bathroom was new and clean, and I was glad that there was a bathtub.

Hotel provides basic amenities, buffet breakfast and close proximity to the Shrine. The room needs updating though especially their carpets which looks dirty though i saw them vacuuming it. The location of the hotel is just 5 minutes away from the Shrine. Lourdes is a small place and everything is near.

The receptionist Ms Daria was very kind & helpful when I checked in and when I checked out the same Ms Daria guide me where to get the shuttle bus to the airport. She is fantastic. Definitely I will recommend the hotel Panorama to my family & friends.

First visit to Lourdes. Great hotel close to Sanctuaire. Clean and well staffed. Good vibe. Lots of nearby shops, cafés and restaurants. Veronique and Daria in reception were very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom with great shower.
