Hotel have great location and just walk distance to Lourdes Sanctuary. Receptions staff friendly and quick response with our request.
We have experience the aircon does not work in the afternoon and water heater does not work in the early morning. Hope they could better in the future.

Amazing location! Just a stone’s throw from the sanctuary entrance! Wonderful, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome! I would whole-heartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again!

Although it is far from the station, it was very close to the Rosary Basilica and very convenient.
All the staff were nice.
The room was clean as well. The bathroom was new and clean, and I was glad that there was a bathtub.

Chambre agréable. Établissement bien tenu et personnel sympathique. Salle de bain très propre bien qu'un peu vieillissante (pas de mitigeur automatique, ni de miroir grossissant). Petit déjeuner un peu en dessous de ce que j'ai l'habitude d'avoir dans cette catégorie d'établissement, le choix est assez varié en sucré comme en salé mais avec des produits standardisés voir industriels comme le 4 quart et la brioche.
