L’ hôtel est bien situé, propre, l’accueil y est excellent, le petit déjeuner copieux. Malheureusement la chambre pourtant spacieuse manque de rangement ( chambre triple, une seule penderie); un meuble d’appoint avec des étagères serait le bienvenu ainsi que des patères dans la salle de bain pour accrocher les serviettes.

La ubicación del hotel con respecto al Santuario de Lourdes es excelente. El hotel resulta muy acogedor para una estadía corta como la que hice con mi familia. A efecto de reservar se debe tener en consideración la temporada alta de Loudes pues ello puede afectar la disponibilidad de servicios como la alimentación. La habitación que nos dieron resultó muy adecuada para mi familia.

The rooms are nice. The beds are comfortable . The staff are kind and very welcoming. I particularly found Emeline ( the receptionist) very kind . The hotel is less than five minutes walk from the Lourdes sanctuary. I would definitely go back.

Central location to Lourdes Grotto with lots of shops and amenities. Hotel is nice and clean with friendly staff. Overall a really nice stay.

Séjour très agréable une chambre très agréable aussi le personnel très accueillant et très souriant un restaurant très bon un site super agréable je leur conseille vivement De plus nous avions pris l'option avec spa et ce fut un moment très agréable et très sympathique avec une belle vue sur le jardin et bien sûr ce lieu a été privatisé
