The staff is very welcoming. The director is dedicated to her establishment and very honest. The rooms are spacious. The hotel is well located. The parking lots are close. Once the vehicle is parked, we do all the visits on foot.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff are lovely and hard working. The bedroom was comfortable with air conditioning. Very helpful when checking in and out with where to park car/ leaving bags etc. The hotel is close to the grotto and is very handy for returning to during the day if needed. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks to all the staff!

They say the people make a holiday and this is most certainly the case.
We have been coming to Lourdes for years and were worried after COVID that the experience would be different now.
We it was, the welcome we received was the warmest my wife and I have received, nothing was a problem, location is 2 minutes slow walk to the sanctuary, and the hotel staff could not do enough.
We arrived by car and were able to park at the door to unload and load and were given a map to show us how to get to the free car parking.
A great stay, a Hotel I would recommend to anyone.
