Don’t like the fact, the hotel sent a letter basically not wanting guests to leave the premises. There’s a lot is reasons to leave. The beach, massages are only 60 for 90 min

Excellent! Food environment and service are all good! There are four restaurants, Italian, French, Mexican and a comprehensive restaurant, all of good quality! The bar is great too!

Villa La Valencia is by far our family favorite resort. After staying here last year for a week, we returned this summer and extended our vacation for a 14 day stay. All the employees/servers made our stay very special. I’d like to give special thanks to our poolside servers (Issac, Pablo, Alma, Daniel) for greeting us with a smile day after day, being attentive with us and our daughters and always making the best drink recommendations, Esther (poolside manager) for always checking in on us and asking if we had any concerns, Carlos (pool concierge) for staying on top of his game everyday and making sure everyone followed the poolside lounge rules. Our daughters really enjoyed the Kids Club staff (Isa, Fabiola, Kelly) and activities. This was something they looked forward to everyday. The staff remembered them from last year which made them feel extra special. Huge shoutout to the breakfast buffet servers (David/Jose Luis), their cooks, and the Chef (enjoy your Puerto Vallarta vacation in Oct.). We just got home yesterday, but we are definitely looking forward to returning next summer! Thanks you all again for a great family vacation.

Raul at La Taberna Italian Cuisine was absolutely phenomenal, incredible service and fantastic recommendations, he even got us something for desert that wasn’t on the menu!!

The property was immaculately maintained and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We also appreciated the quality of the food and will definitely come again. I want to call out specifically Alma who offered amazing service at the pool, Nancy who did the same at breakfast and Lucila at the Spa. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We had a great family vacation here about two weeks ago. It was a beautiful resort with gorgeous views. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and friendly. Gerardo and Pablo were so nice and remembered our coffee orders every morning. Would definitely visit again!
