Wonderful property tucked away in a private community near a golf course and on the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful at all times, the service for breakfast and near the pool is great, and the facilities are well kept. Definitely recommend a stay here. It’s very warm during the low season due to the heat and humidity but you’ll get a great deal on a room and platinum elite members enjoy perks like access to the spa facilities and the complimentary buffet breakfast daily.

We enjoyed our week stay even with the unusual high humidity. It was a slow period and the property was not crowded at all and we could see lots of maintenance going on. Lounge chairs and umbrellas were plentiful. The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Even though we had a first floor room in Building F, this was perfectly fine- only 1 working ice machine on the 3rd floor was a little inconvenient. The housekeeping crew did a great job every day. Not having a beach access was no big deal for us- the resort had 9 different pools to choose- pool attendants and servers were always there for help. As with most resorts, the food and drink prices were high; we took advantage of the coffee shop in the lobby every day. We did our research and ate out for dinner every night; ubers were very convenient for short as well as longer rides. Highly recommend Seven Seas Grille (30 min away) and Acre (15 min away).

If you want to spent a relax vacation with your family, this is the hotel that you should be staying . The hotel is modern, beautiful, well decorated and very clean . The overall service is excellent ! Employees are so nice to the guest ! You could have a private butler that could arrange anything for you . The spa center is very relaxing and the restaurants are very good . I highly recommend this hotel

Exceptional experience! Stunning sea views, spotless surroundings, and outstanding service. Dinner at Café des Artistes was a highlight—thank you Enrique and pianist Bernardo (and Erika). Christina at concierge was incredibly helpful. Loved the fresh juice at UA for breakfast—thanks to Mark, Gustavo, and the whole team. Grateful for it all!

We hosted our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at the JW Marriott Los Cabos in May 2025, and it was one of the most magical experiences of our lives. From the moment we started working with Avril (the onsite wedding coordinator), it was nothing but smooth sailing. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process to ensure everything was coordinated onsite and really listened to what we wanted. The day of our wedding, the staff was incredible; our food was served hot, and there was never an empty drink. We and our guests were taken care of at all times, making us feel at home. I can't recommend both Avril and the property enough! If you're looking to have your wedding at the JW Marriott take this as your sign to do it!

Working with Wedding coordinators Pheanni and Avril were amazing throughout the planning of the wedding in addition to Executing our Big Day! JW Marriott Los Cabos Beach Resort & Spa was the perfect place to Marry the Love of my life! Family and Friends voiced how much they loved and enjoyed their stay at the hotel. Our wedding was magical to say the least!!! If you are debating whether to stay or get married here, My husband and I 10/10 recommend!!!!! ＜3
