Spacious suites. Modern & clean. Good ocean views. Comfortable beds & furniture. Well designed & functional kitchen. Washer & dryer in the residence. The walled patio of the Gallery suites are wonderful quiet spaces for reading. Well maintained property- endemic desert landscape. Handicap accessible. Great choice of restaurants on site. Large oceanfront infinity pools, with hot tubs and bars. Plentiful chaise lounges and seemingly endless pool towels. Good poolside dining options. Friendly, helpful & caring staff. They want you to have a wonderful time here at the Club at Solaz. Convenient options for food shopping nearby. Onsite car rental also available.

The service at this place was incredible. I haven’t met a nicer and more professional staff at any other resort that I’ve ever been to than what I experienced at Solaz. The guys that worked the pool area were very attentive. I want to especially call out Carlos and Hector to thank them for their wonderful service. At the juice bar, Foresta, you’ll be well taken care of by Karla. She is a delightful lady and is a credit to the resort. At the top of the list, however, I have to give special props to our butler, Gabriel. He kept in touch with us throughout the day to make sure things were going according to plan. He made several reservations for us at the resort for dinner. I especially appreciate the way he checked in with us to see if my wife was getting any better. ( she picked up a virus before she made the trip and it manifested itself while she was down there. She spent several days in bed.). Both her and I were grateful for the personal interest and touch that he showed us. All in all, I can’t say that we have ever had a better experience with a resort. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

overall is okay, but if you think you are staying at luxury 5 starts hotel, then there are lots of things this hotel is not match the level of service for clients.
if you book a activity with them make sure double check with them multiple times. coz you might get surprise next morning and ruin your whole day plan.
and if you order food from pool side, don't be surprise you need to wait for a quit long time. and when the server order wrong food, it's also will add on your bill. and last, every bill they have already add service charge for you, won't tell you about it. so you can pay more tips :)
about the room, they provide us tea bags but no hot water boil machine to make tea loll. Hair dryer just only has cold option.
the last thing is they are trying vary hard to sell timeshare plan, very wast of time.
main level, Mexican food restaurant's servers are very nice and very warm heart. recommend to have a dinner for once and enjoy their special chocolate.

Solaz exceeds all expectations. It is so beautiful, serene, clean, modern, elegent with the most succulent landscaping. Great restaurants on premises, friendly staff, and you dont have to fight for a pool chair. Daily housekeeping and 24 hour room service.

We really enjoyed our visit. The staff was excellent!, notably: the Club Ambassador Kayla, Pool attendants: Jordan, Jose, Carlos and especially Ricarda (spelling). The check in procedure was very easy and we were very pleased that our request to be assigned to the Gallery was honored. Overall the facility has been maintained very well. The suggestions we have: water glasses in the bathrooms, plastic utensils for the teflon cookware, blankets instead of a heavy comforter. Generally the bed is too soft, most people prefer something a little firmer. The shower in the guest bathroom leaks - the bottom of the door does not keep the water from running out into the rest of the bathroom, becomes very slipper and dangerous.

Great hotel, 4 bedroom suite was super spacious for 11 guests. Beautiful property, on the quiet side so was nice to leave for dinners.
