We simply love this place, the service is impeccable. Paul, Carlos, Hector, Cesar, Jorge and the entire Solaz staff go above and beyond. The master bed is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The weather is very reliable. We enjoyed Pickleball and yoga daily, and the gym is fabulous. Six stars.

This is a great resort that we have been visiting from inception. We purchased while it was under construction. Solaz has a great staff, however I feel like I am being fleeced every time we turn around. It has gotten to be so expensive that it isn’t fun anymore. For example, every restaurant on site is “high end”. There is no casual sports bar type restaurant. They installed an airstream trailer bar/restaurant on the beach so they could offer more casual food options, however it was closed the entire week we were there. I’m getting tired of paying $100 per person for dinner. We bring our own wine when we visit and the corkage charge is $60 per bottle. The cheapest wine on a menu is in excess of $100 per bottle. Cakebread Chardonnay is $300 per bottle. Ridiculous!! There are no benefits for members. The service at the pool is great, but there is no place to have a sit down lunch. Only service is available at the lounge chairs. Sometimes you want to sit down at a table for lunch. The resort really needs to treat their long time members with more perks. A shuttle to Cabo or San Jose would be nice, but I know that is never going to happen! I think that I am finished with Solaz.

Carlos Cruz Raul was amazingly attentive responsive positive and funny and made moving around and in and out of the resort a pleasure!!!! Raul greeted us on the way in took our bags to our room and to the new room we secured the second day helped us with valet and also with checking out with multiple family members all with a smile and the most professional attitude!!!!

Solaz is our oasis, always a beautiful and relaxing stay. The grounds, food and service are excellent. Everything we need is available from all the cooking utensils to make a gourmet meal in our suite to sitting down to a fantastic dinner with the freshest seafood and best sunset views. We look forward to our visit every year!

The entire hotel is a very big scam operation!!!!! They take you your money but do not give a hotel room!!!! Save yourself hard earned money and book a different hotel room in Cabo! I have stayed at multiple places in Cabo but the staff here ensures you have an unpleasant experience!!!!

The room was at a level we could hear traffic and there was no Hot water for 2+ days. This was our 5th visit but say the least enjoyable to issues raised above. The room had a dampness about it and one day especially bad odor. We hope these issues are resolved prior to our next visit!

Solaz is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and enormous with great view of the ocean. The staff is superb across-the-board. And the facility is beautiful, with incredible native landscaping, gorgeous pools and restaurants. My only complaint was the gym, which has fantastic equipment and lots of space, but the air conditioning was broken, and I heard from another guest that it was the same last time that they were visiting. At 85° and humid it was unusable

The Club @ Solaz is an excellent property. We stayed last April and ended up becoming members. Outstanding accommodations, comfortable beds, linens and pillows. First class staff. Beautiful beach, pools and heavenly spa. Multiple excellent restaurants and close the San Jose del Cabo. Club @ Solaz will not disappoint.
