One&Only Palmilla

I cannot begin to explain how special this place was. The obvious talking points are the location, landscaping, amenities and services, but the most important factor my partner and I took away from the experience was the genuine kind attitude from all of the staff. Every staff member had a smile that didn't seem forced, a great sense of humor, and legit made me think - I want that kind of job. What they do is so hard - dealing with so many personality types and having to maintain a positive attitude - and they made it seem so easy. I've stayed at several places with high-end amenities in beautiful locations, but the staff went above and beyond our expectations. I forgot to mention, my partner and I got engaged here and they made the whole experience so romantic for us!

Our time at One&Only Palmilla was pure perfection. From the stunning ocean views to the exceptional service, every detail was flawless. A huge thank you to Cesar and Victor, our amazing hosts, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, cared for, and completely relaxed. The resort is paradise—lush, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Our room was elegant and serene, and the food was incredible at every meal. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a special experience. We can’t wait to return!

This was our 12th time staying at One&Only Palmilla. Our stay was for 10 days us to celebrate our anniversary. The views are amazing, the food is outstanding, the spa facility is relaxing, and you can always find your own little spot on the property, but what really separates this resort from others for us, is the staff. They go beyond your expectations to make sure you are enjoying yourself and having the experience you want. Their energy and care for you is amazing. Thank you!

This was our first time at One & Only Palmilla and …WOW! Everything was beyond our expectations. Shout out to our own concierges Cesar and Ivan that took amazing care of us from handling everything for us ie transportation, dinner reservations, beach cabana reservations. All you have to do is ask, and they will try to accommodate your every wish. This was by far the nicest resort we have stayed at in San Jose del Cabo and we have been coming to Cabo for the past 14 years. The resort is absolutely devine! Everything starts from the moment you check in until the very last minute you leave. And I sure did not want to leave! The resort itself is huge and the vegetation is beyond beautiful, the staff is amazing and always greets you with their hand over their heart. The beach is amazing and Palmilla beach is one of my favorites because it is one of the only swimmable beaches in Cabo. The pools are awesome, you have an adult only pool, as well as a pool for family and kids. The rooms are super spacious with the best views of the ocean. We got turn downs every night, and just the little things they do for you makes this place do amazing. All of the food was delicious and you can choose from many restaurants located within the resort - All of them are Top Notch! Yes, it is a little more expensive, but it was so worth it. We HIGHLY recommend One & Only Palmilla and I wish I could go back right now! Thank you Cesar and Ivan and to all the staff that made our stay so memorable ❤️ Thank you I. Johnson

The best resort in Cabo San Lucas hands down. The service, the amenities, the food are top notch. The beauty of the resort can't be matched.
