I liked that there were multiple swimming pools.
But the bed was uncomfortable, and there was a musty smell in the room. Overall, I was satisfied with the price.

This was our first time staying at a Riu, and we chose the Riu Santa Fe in Cabo. We were beyond impressed! The all-inclusive experience is absolutely the way to go—great food, excellent service, and plenty of fun activities. The Riu parties were a blast, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. You definitely get your money’s worth here. We’re already planning to come back next year!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Fernando G. at the front registration desk. My wife got sick and needed some medicine that she just received a prescription for. Fernando helped us out, called the pharmacy, and had the meds delivered to the front desk. He spoke perfect English as well as we found out he grew up in SoCal. His customer service was exceptional. He went way beyond to help us out and saved us a trip from leaving the resort and getting lost. Thanks Fernando!!!

Alors, par où commencer l’hôtel en lui même correct. Les chambres sont correct bon le ménage est fait mais pas se fouler le poignet non plus, l’odeur dans les chambres sent le renfermé l’humidité avec la chaleur.. niveau restaurant le buffet correct aussi les boissons sont degeu par contre les jus le matin pas bon du tout les soft non plus Maintenant le personnels, question amabilité faut leur apprendre je pense ils en rien à foutre on les appelles ils font semblant de pas entendre, pour demander de nettoyer une table ils esquivent pour commander un cafe ils mettent 30 minutes à ramener, pas souriant pas aimable. La formation du personnel est à revoir complètement. Pas une seule personne de gentil c’est triste ils font la tronche quand ils servent on leurs demande une chose on dirait ça leur fait yech clairement. Pas d’animation c’est triste pour un si grand hôtel on se fait Ch** Pas de musique à la piscine.. l’hôtel est pas foufou quoi peu mieux faire et s’améliorer et vite! Enfin bref on reviendra pas.

Great resort for the amount paid - very clean and the themed parties were amazing. I'll say it was never a dull moment and the bars were a plus, my only issue is that the service as it came to food was not that great. It was very hard to get any assistance but I managed just fine, I'd definitely return I just know what to expect when it comes to the food and service.

Many activities on night . All free cocktails, beer, alcohol . The staffs and services in buffet restaurants , bars were so nice. But rooms is not noise isolation
