Slow check in, slow check out, need more professional staff in front desk, the their faces look like they are making you a favor. Need to change that

Montecristo is a great place within the quivira territory. Nice houses with lots of space.
However we needed several things fixed during our stay. AC didn’t work properly, grill had to be checked up 3 times, electric stove didn’t work, microwave was broken. This isn’t the standard you would expect for a high daily rate

This is our 3rd time staying @ Monte Cristo Estates. Every visit is better then the last. Although we've never stayed elsewhere I knw after staying here we never will either!

App is not as user friendly and information is not up to date but the staff of the hotel is very helpful and willing to help. The shuttle is great and reliable and usually gets there sooner , which is good but if you want more flexibility -- I recommend a car rental.

This is a gated property with stand alone villas and hotels with common areas. Once you're on the property, it is safe and secured with lots of visitors from US and Canada.
Property is starting to age but overall great experience and value.

We have stayed in the exact villa 2 times in the past 3 months.
The pullout is broken, dresser drawers need fixing, and the dryer vent needs to be connected. We requested this stuff a few months ago and it was still the same.
