This place is beautiful, 35min-1hr from the airport 30min to Cabo San Lucas. When we arrived they told us we were in a lower level room than we paid for but we’re “upgrading us for free” to the room we had actually poked to begin with. This is a resort plow I have always found to be a turn off right at check in. The staff including Rafa at aqua were fun, funny, and friendly. Glad to share knowledge and help learn Spanish terms. The room was absolutely stunning and had everything that was listed in the advertisements. We try not to stay at the same resort twice as we like to experience variety. This resort may be an exception

A rip-off. Left a day early. Very isolated. Not much you can do about location. The pricing on everything was unbelievably exceedingly overpriced. The quality does not come remotely close to the prices and constantly upselling.
Profesional staff. Nice accommodations.

We had a fantastic stay! Sebastian and Alexis at the kids pool, Raymundo and Eduardo at Anica, and Maria at the deli made our stay everything we could have dreamed of. Great sunsets, pools,and a great place for kids! Not to mention oceanfront golf!

Best service at a resort in Cabo! Alexis rocks! We’ve been her a few times, and hi service at the cabanas at Pacific Dunes is outstanding. Had our fridge set up in advance every day with water, beer and Mimosas. Refills before we even asked. Food brought fast and hot. He’s the best!!!

Large group of us went — October is perfect at Pacific Dunes.. wind is manageable. I am disabled and the staff was great.. especially the bell men who took me around in the golf carts. Kudos to Alberto and his fellow drivers!! Mucho gracias. Forgot to mention the burger karaoke night was a blast!

This was our first visit here the service was amazing our favorites were Abby at sunset pool always smiling, professional and funny she made our time at the sunset pool memorable. The other one that was our favorite was Maria at the Deli the food was amazing the service impeccable Maria was funny and always smiling that’s were we wanted to go both to the sunset pool and the Deli we had AI so we had a lot more choices but these two ladies kept us coming back

Alberto our bellman (among the rest of your bellmens in place ..) was....and were AMAZING at servicing not just US but the other visiting guest at the resort ...we my wife and our three children were so served with such of respect and friendship we are so thankful for him helping US...VICTOR...was another one who WAS amazing in our shuttle us in and Back from Rancho Solmar and Solmar Lands End ...thank You All for such as great HOSPITALITY...MY family thanks you..Grasias. Now and last for Our cleaning lady Mariana Heads up for her..shes the one who wants taking care of your room..from cleaning to changing your sheets...WE also are thanking her for helping US with house keeping...

The staff were wonderful Bryan and Roberto at the pool, Rita at the water slide (she also taught us how to make bracelets) and Maria in the Deli were four of my favourites. Alejandro got us extra umbrellas in the mornings, his beautiful smile made my day! The beds were so comfortable and the accommodations were very well appointed. I can’t wait to go back.

Ramon is absolutely amazing! The place is peaceful and serene and well taken care of. The crashing waves make it so relaxing. We have had such a beautiful time here but Ramon has given it the extra touch of hospitality. Thank you so much! We will be back.
