Club Regina was great. Great location and great staff. 10/10 recommend. The only thing I would add would be tacos to the room service menu.

I’m here now at Club Regina Los Cabos. It’s my second visit through RCi. I love the rooms, the pools, the staff. All are wonderful. The rooms are clean, and the pools are crystal clear. I have mobility issues due to breaking my knee and femur and everyone has been so kind and helpful. I’m not in a unit close to a pool but the shuttle drivers have always arrived within minutes to take me to my desired destination on the property. The drivers are so accommodating. We are cooking most of our meals in the unit due to some food issues, but we’ll be trying at least one of the restaurants before we leave. We also don’t drink, so we don’t help the economy much at Ckub Regina. Despite that, we have been treated wonderfully by all. I love it here!

Me gustó demasiado la ubicación del hotel, a pesar de no ser un hotel nuevo, tiene muy buen mantenimiento, el servicio de la recepción, bell boys, carritos, meseros en las albercas, fue demasiado bueno, y apoyaron demasiado durante la estancia, me encantaría poder decir lo mismo del restaurante Inizio, nos falló un poco el servicio y sentimos un mal trato por parte del mesero, fuera de eso, todo bien, recomendamos el lugar.

The service was great, from bar staff, to restraint staff, bellhops, front desk, etc. Alberto was our waiter each night and he was exceptional. The bartender at the adult pool was awesome.

Great place away from the crowds. If you want to relax with great views this is the place for you. The people here are amazing. Everyone at valet (to many to mention but Augustin is one) were fantastic. The pools are nice with gorgeous views (Lucas at the pool bar is the best). Lots of activities set up daily. The whole team (Sebastian and others) are very engaging. I can't wait to go back... in fact I already booked again.
