This hotel…. Oh my god! I am officially a Citizen because other hotels are literally not even trying. First I have to mention every single staff I have met here from to date has been exceedingly exceptionally accommodating and friendly and welcoming. Seriously they’re actually all amazing! I cannot rave about how friendly and helpful everyone was I only wish I’d collected names to give shout outs but the list would be so long! Second it’s freaking adorable! This room is so cute omg. Super convenient location to catch public transport. Very chic and modern inside, and usually modern bores me but not this time. They really did it right. I have one small note, I slept comfortably of course but the bed is a bit firm. They were happy to get extra pillows and really everything else I asked for. I’m hesitant to ever use another hotel chain again to be honest this has ruined me.

This hotel is simply amazing! It features a trendy design style. The rooms, though small, are exquisite, with complete functions and facilities. When checking in, you can choose rooms on different floors, street - view rooms or garden - view rooms. It's quiet at night. The transportation is extremely convenient, as there is a subway station nearby. Places like The Last Bookstore and Angels Flight Railway are all within walking distance. The hotel lobby has a lot of leisure space, and the soft - decorated furniture is of high quality. The rooms, though not spacious, are quite functional and have a sense of design. The hotel has excellent smart features, allowing you to control the lights, curtains, etc. with a pad.

Very helpful staff. Clean room. Decent size for 2 people. Love that the hotel is techy. Be careful of their hair dryer. It hasnt been a minute since i stared using it and it sparked. Got a replacement after 2 days but when i checked it it seemed like it has sparked before as well so opted not to use it. Location was okay. Not so many restaurants nearby.

The hotel was okay overall. I liked the ambiance — cozy and decent for a short stay. But the bathroom drainage was a bit of a hassle; water took a while to go down. Also, the aircon heater wasn’t working properly, which made the room a bit uncomfortable at night. Could be improved, but not a bad stay.

the hotel itself was great but the location is a bit sketchy, there are a lot of people wonder around the streets at night, and they will ask you for spare changes so if you are travelling with kids, i dont think this will be a good location to be staying in furthermore, i think the parking arrangement can be improved. given that a lot of people visit LA with a car or will rent a car, it would be nice if the hotel can arrange parking with one of the parking lots near the hotel and make it simple and easy for the customer. the current method of booking a paking by myself do work, but then it's not the best thing that could work

Nice hotel located in downtown LA, close to grand central market and blue bottle coffee. Decent amenities but room is small. Barely able to open luggage whilst toilet is also pretty small. Overall decent stay overall, but could be better with more amenities like free amenities such as toothpaste and toothbrush, and water in the room.

Excellent location. 15 mins walk from Union Station. Very friendly staff, they are always happy to help.

The room was nice and clean , just very compact but it was expected as I checked it online before booking it .

Room bit small but pretty convenient to most famous landmarks. Best for one or two people staying.

The good location and the lobby is good place to spend time to stay for daytime as well.

The staff were extremely friendly and there was security in front door, they lock doors at around 8pm and you can only enter with card so I think they did make an effort in keeping the place a safe place. Location wise there are indeed many homeless wandering around especially after sun sets so I would recommend uber if you do go out but day light time I take the bus no problem
