Loved it!! Best place I stayed in LA, haven't been back to LA since college so happy this was the place I returned to!

Check-in was efficient, but no one at front desk most of the time. The elevator didn't work, almost trapped inside it.

I was impressed by the experience of staying in the penthouse suite at W Beverly Hotel in Los Angeles. The room design is simple but stylish, and every detail reveals the atmosphere of modern art. Although the style is cold, it is this uniqueness that makes me feel peaceful and relaxed. The professionalism and enthusiasm of the service team added a bit of warmth to my time alone. I have to criticize this W. It is shockingly bad even in Los Angeles where hotels are expensive and bad. I will block all W series from now on. 1. The hotel Wi-Fi is $10.95 a day. The location is OK, inside UCLA, a little distance from Beverly Hills. There is no shampoo or shower gel in the room, only a bottle of conditioner that can't be squeezed out. This price is not worth it.

The hotel has good service and sanitation. The front desk service and luggage service are very good. There is free coffee and free lemonade in the lobby on the first floor in the morning, and disposable cups are provided!!!
