Food was mediocre. One day the breakfast was no hot foods, only cold foods. The rooms and bathrooms very small. Upon check in noticed my towels in the bathroom were not the cleanest so we called down to the lobby to ask for more and the front desk personnel was not the most customer service oriented. Won’t book again. Definitely wasn’t worth 700

Excellent service at reception.
Room was all clean and very big, shower was good.
Breakfast was very good, choice of cereal and juices, along with bagels, and hot stuff, sausage, egg and potatoes.
Fruit and yoghurt also available. Plenty of choice for everyone

Close to the highway, there is a little noise.
Breakfast is too simple, almost nothing to eat.
There are many homeless people in the surrounding area, it is not recommended to walk out of the hotel.
Only suitable for one night transit.
We stopped around 9 pm.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
We travel with our dog, so we always check if the hotel is pet friendly, and we appreciate this.
This place allows dogs but hit you hard with a pet fee. We are used to paying up to $25.00, but their charge was $50.00. Ouch!
The room was nice and clean, we had a king-size bed, the mattress, bed covers, and pillows were very comfortable, and we had 4 pillows - great for reading in bed.
Breakfast was included, and they had a good selection of hot, cold food and juices, coffee.
Nice dining area to enjoy it
I would recommend this place as a pleasant stay.
I was a little disappointed the pool was not open in the morning until 9 a.m., but they did have a nice small gym. The workout equipment was excellent
I’ve never stayed at a Hampton Inn before but judging from previous reviews, I made the decision to stay here. Indeed the rooms here are considered very clean for a 3 star hotel. The hot breakfast everyday is great and coffee/ tea is available round the clock. Service is great. No daily housekeeping unless u ask for it which is perfectly fine for me. Shower pressure works great. Parking is free which is a plus. As this is a pet friendly hotel, I do not feel that the cleaning was done throughly. There are still some stains visible on the carpet. However, it is still a very good experience compared to what I’ve tried in the 3 stars category. Will recommend!
The location is very suitable, right next to the highway, free parking, and it is very convenient to eat and buy milk tea, within 20 minutes by car. The facilities are a bit old, but the service is still in place
Daily Mandatory Charge includes: California Tourism Assessment Fee.
Find us off SR 118, surrounded by restaurants and stores. Simi Valley wineries and BUR Airport are each under a 20-minute drive from us. Six Flags Magic Mountain and Universal Studios Hollywood are less than 30 minutes away. Enjoy our free breakfast, 24-hour fitness center, business center, event space, and mountain view outdoor pool.
this is my favorite spot to take little getaway. the staff is great very helpful and friendly. its always clean and quiet and I will return and tell my friends and family about it.
Rooms were spacious.Breakfast and service was good too. even though location is isolated from shops and eateries they had a free shuttle running from 5pm till 9:30pm to Burbank downtown. Couldn’t really hear the traffic noise despite being next to the highway. Definitely stay here again in future.
I happen to go during the time of the pandemic, as well as the property's intense construction. But overall the experience was pleasant and have no complaints. The staff is kind, helpful and informative.
