It was my first time ever staying at this hotel and although the room was very nice the first room the gave us was dirty. The bed had been used, the kitchen had trash and food in it, the table and floor was dirty and I booked this room in a middle of a pandemic and the only thing they did to compensate for giving me a dirty room that could have been potentially contaminated with Covid for all I know was wafer of a 16 dollar parking fee. When in reality me and all my friends actually risked our lives and compromised the safely of our immune systems by this hotel giving us the keys to a dirty room. I have stayed at a decent amount of hotels in my age and I have never ever been given a room that had not been cleaned at all. I thought it was especially ridiculous just because I have no idea who had been in that room before us, they could have had covid and we could have brought that home to my family members like that was a ridiculous experience. I did enjoy the room itself once we got a clean one the kitchen is nice and spacious but I just really didn’t like the way they handled the room situation. It was a very unprofessional thing to happen and I did not appreciate how they brushed off the situation like it isnt a big deal as if people aren’t renting hotels to quarantine cause they have covid or what if a traveling nurse was staying in the room and she is exposed to covid regularly? Nice hotel rooms but the customer service could use some work the lady at the desk looked annoyed and I know it’s obviously not her fault but just the lack of care that the hotel employees potentially put me and my friends lives in danger is absolutely ridiculous to me. But like I said nice rooms, but customer service again could use to some work.
I would give the room itself 5 stars, customer service at the front desk 1 star.
The breakfast is simple but self-service. It is not burdensome to tip 18~20% compared to not eating much. The hotel is cheap and the room is large. Many people with dogs come to stay, but the hygiene is also very good. There is a microwave oven in the room and a washing machine for guests to use
I have booked a room for 7 nights. Then when I checked in I want to modify my booking but It was rejected. So I came back to my original booking. After 2 nights of stay, when I came back to hotel, the key card could not work, when I ask the front desk office, she said that I have checked out and they put All things in the room to my luguage and paper back and throw away all my food, including our new seal snacks.. i have been expelled from our roo. And my food dan snacks have been throw away without any reason. All the hotel staff only said I dont know what happend. And told me to rebook the room again.
We went to Manhattan Badminton Hall to participate in a badminton competition. It was very close to here and convenient. The breakfast was rich, with milk, yogurt, and various fruits. It was very close to Manhattan Beach, and happened to meet the annual cycling race, which was very exciting and the community was full of vitality. The hotel room was standard, and the kitchen facilities were complete, which was very suitable for home travel. You can cook your own meals. There was a large refrigerator, a dishwasher and a microwave, which was very convenient. It is near the airport and recommended to everyone
There are two family hotels in Long Beach. This one is close to the airport, and there are also homes by the sea. I have stayed at two hotels this time. This is my second home, it feels better than the one by the sea, because the price is cheaper. The room was neat and clean, and the utensils for cooking were very complete. I was particularly surprised that the floor in the bathroom was warm. Could it be that old hotels would also have floor heating? !! Ha ha breakfast for 9:30, there is nothing left, the waiter can't wait to pack home. Go early if you have breakfast.
There are two family hotels in Long Beach. This one is located by the sea. The other one is next to the airport. I have stayed at both hotels. It was the first one I lived in. The one close to the airport was not comfortable and the cost performance was not high. The parking fee plus the room charge added up to nearly 1800. My room can't see the sea yet, I booked a double bed, but gave me a double bed, and I was too lazy to change ~ The room was still clean, the cooking utensils were very complete, and the check-in staff was very enthusiastic But the air conditioner was too noisy, basically I couldn't sleep well all night! For breakfast at 9:30, there is no more food, the waiters can't wait to pack up and go home. Go early if you have breakfast.
An American breakfast is served in the morning. There are toast, bread, various jams, sausages, scrambled eggs, yogurt, milk, coffee, and fruit. The room is larger with a kingsize bed and a sofa bed (need to be spread out by yourself). Feeling thinner, the air conditioner needs to be higher, but the sound of the air conditioner is louder, which is a big problem for the neurasthenic guests. I chose to live here mainly because I have to go to Universal Studios. The road is not far away. I can get it in the morning of 20 minutes. Not far from the California Institute of Technology, not far from Greenfield Park, but just happened to meet the sunny weekend, there are many people going up the mountain, the road is blocked.

Residence Inn by Marriott was the best in every aspect of its facilities, and it was conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy to travel around the area. If I ever visit Los Angeles again, I would like to stay here again. Highly recommended~!!!
Everytime I book and stay I never have any trouble the employees are fantastic my fav is Chrystal she knows I'm a regular and takes care of me all the time
Good location. View from hotel is great. Do note there is a destination fee of USD10 per accomodation per night. This is excluded from the hotel accommodation which have to be paid.

JJianwenyuanApartment hotel, open kitchen, no kitchen utensils, but a refrigerator. In the hotel area at home, there are many hotels nearby. The environment is very good. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The bathroom is lacking. There is no dry and wet separation. It may be due to rain. The room is a bit damp.
