I would like to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with the customer service and the accommodation I booked. The customer service representative who handled my call was unfriendly and unprofessional. She claimed that I had deliberately chosen the cheapest option, despite the fact that Check24 suggested booking the more expensive /comfort room instead of the cheaper. Her tone and attitude were offensive and unhelpful. the room I booked turned out to be far below acceptable standards. The floor was unclean, with visible hair scattered across it. There was no proper toilet paper provided, only half a used roll. The bathroom had only one towel, and the room itself was equipped with just one chair and a very small table. If this is considered a "comfort room" for two people, I am left wondering what the standard is for a single person or a non-comfort room. This experience has left me highly dissatisfied....!!!!

problemloses Selfcheckin mit Code, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, feines Frühstückbuffet (feiner Kaffee, frischer Fruchtsalat, Rührei frisch serviert…)
Mann Rezeption u Frühstückservice war sehr nett.
Gute Lage, Einzig die 8.— für Hotelgäste Garage alter Markt hat nicht geklappt.

Ich habe für meine Eltern dieses Hotel gebucht, da diese in Lörrach eingeladen waren.
Das Hotel und Zimmer waren in einem Zustand, welcher zu diesem Preis nicht annehmbar sind.

Clean, tidy, comfortable but lacking personality
Great location, but the hotel made no connection with me as there was no-one to check us in - this immediately starts the experience negatively. Where's the warm, welcome guys? No food or drinks other than breakfast. Therefore, low score as this was a cold stay.

Geruch flop, Personal top
Das Zimmer Nr. 7 roch leider schrecklich. Das Fenster mussten wir daher über Nacht offen lassen. Somit waren wir am Morgen früh wach, da die Restaurants auf dem Paltz bereits ab 6.45 Uhr laut die Stühle und Tische aufstellten.
Das Frühstück versöhnte uns wieder. Dies war sehr lecker und das Personal extrem freundlich.
