Hotel is ok, clean and good for one night stay. Comes with breakfast. Took the 3 person room with sharing bathroom. Don’t recommend it if u doesn’t like sharing bathroom. Heater in the living room doesn’t work properly

We recently stayed at the Lorne Mantra as a group of four adults with a child, and it was a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location is ideal—just a short stroll to the beach and conveniently close to local shops. The facilities are excellent, with a lovely swimming pool, well-maintained tennis court, and a kids room that kept our little one happily entertained. The accommodation suited our needs perfectly and provided a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for the whole group. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a great coastal getaway.

Very good location and excellent buffet breakfast.
Room with ocean view is just a sliver of ocean, so don't be fooled like us.
There was heaps of noise in the surrounding apartments (music and carry on etc), so it wasn't as peaceful as we had hoped. However the receptionist in the middle of the night was happy to go speak to those apartments.
Given the good price we paid it was probably worth the value. But I wouldn't stay and pay more than $200 a night.

We wanted to extend our stay at the hotel, but unfortunately, we had to move to a different room without an ocean view. Suddenly, we noticed that the windows and doors in the new room showed significant signs of wear and tear, which was quite disappointing.
We planned to check out at 11:00, but the hotel insisted on a 10:00 checkout, which felt inconvenient. On the other hand, check-in wasn’t allowed before 14:00, adding to the frustration.
While the location and initial experience were promising, these issues affected our overall impression. There’s definitely room for improvement in service and room quality.

This was a lovely hotel, the buffet breakfast had lots of variety and the beds were very comfy. It was right next to the beach, shops and coastal walk so it was ideally located.
