Location wise is good but most of the front desk crew is rude except the duty manager (female with bun but I forgot her name) and Dave. I was checking with one of the staff at the concierge about my courier and she keep sighing in front of me. If you are not happy with your job, you can quit and find something that you are happy doing instead of showing ur negative attitude and influence my mood. You are a service crew and your job is to serve guests. Would you be happy if you ask someone for information and they keep sigh and show their impatience in front of you? And one thing is the front desk staff love to push guest around. I ask them question and they ask me to ask another person then another person and another person. Please train your staff on how to handle guest more professionally. And stop playing your handphone when there’s guest waiting in line for your service. There’s no staff helping to carry the luggage and they just watch me carrying so many luggage by myself. The room is super hot too. I was sweating even though I open the window and it’s winter. Overall only stay there if you no need any service and need to be close to town. However with that price you can try Wanda Hotel

Very good hotel. Lobby reception probably not so experienced with foreigners but always polite and helpful. Clean room and comfortable. All facilities were excellent. Didn't eat at the hotel, but noticed it was always very busy which is always a good indication. Certainly can recommend to visitors to Longyan. Close to train station (about 15 minutes by car).

Located in the city center, very close to Hakka Food City. Convenient for eating, opposite to Longyan Museum, Municipal Government Square, convenient for setting off fireworks and fitness activities, and many surrounding attractions

All questions were answered patiently. The eggs, siu mai and porridge for breakfast tasted very good. The koi in the pond on the first floor is the favorite place for children to play. We just asked for disposable paper cups, and the receptionist gave us four more bottles of water by the way. Seeing that we brought children, he immediately sent us three sets of children's toothbrushes and three pairs of children's slippers. This service is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. I will definitely stay here next time I go to Tulou, and I will strongly recommend it to my friends😀

It was a perfect weekend for five families. The room was big, the parking lot was right downstairs, and the five rooms had separate door cards. I didn't know if there was any indoors. I didn't ask. The hotel has 4 shifts to the tourist distribution center during the Spring Festival. It has not been picked up. You need to take a taxi yourself. It is not easy to take a taxi during the Spring Festival. The streets near the attractions are blocked. During the Spring Festival, it was also said that there was no pick-up service. The overall area is large, except for the main body, everything else is being improved. Jiangjing has a trail, half of which is not accessible, and it takes about half an hour to return. The hotel is very good at 14:00 check-out, no need to apply to apply, it seems that there is also a half-day room, very friendly to our casual tour.
