Jason was incredible! He speaks a great English and helped us to book our boat tickets from Guilin to Yangshuo. The hotel is amazing and the food delicious. We really loved staying there.

看攜程的評分不錯選訂的民宿，結果很失望，是這次十幾天旅遊中選的最讓人失望的一家民宿，提供的服務衹有停車場行李轉運，其他交流諮詢的迴應很敷衍、冷淡，沒有任何民宿服務常有的熱情或該有的温度。住店一天我沒多要他一瓶水一張紙，民宿房間價格在這個客人不多的地方也不便宜，怎麼讓我這個消費者感覺像是欠過他們債一樣。順便説一句，老闆夫妻倆年紀輕輕看着我退房，兩個行李箱還要靠我自己60多歲的人從三樓扛下來，我也是無語了。

We arrived very late and Jason came to pick us up directly and waited for us for dinner because the restaurant was closing... Thank you again for his kindness, as well as his entire team who waited for us. A magnificent hotel and breathtaking walks in the rice fields. I highly recommend it.

Our experience at Baike Hotel was simply great! The hotel is very very very beautiful, clean, and furnished in the local style. The view from the terrace and from our room was amazing, and very peaceful. The food was also delicious! Plus, Jason and his wife have been extremely friendly and helpful in answering to our questions, helping us and in giving us suggestions on how to tour around the area. Upon our request, Jason also helped us arrange a transfer from the Airport in Guilin to the hotel, a transfer from Ping’An to Dazhai (to do the 15km hike back), and a transfer from the hotel to our next hotel in Yangshuo. I speak some Chinese, but a plus for those foreign tourists who do not speak any Chinese is that Jason speaks a great English, so no need to worry about language barriers at all! Overall, we 100% recommend this hotel! We had a wonderful and unforgettable experience, and should we ever come back to Ping’An, we would definitely come here again!! 🤗💯💯💯

Jason and his team made the stay perfect.. The most amazing thing is that there is a bidet.. in the toilet separated from the shower room. Every decoration has a detailed craftsmanship.. Impressive, comfortable sleep, clean, beautiful view from the room window.
