房間非常棒，乾淨衞生，早餐好吃，樓下就是停車位，周邊很多好吃的飯店。酒店自帶温泉池，就是跟中心酒店的温泉池相比小了一點。但是住着肯定比中心酒店舒服。

晚上六點多入住的，酒店服務特別差，辦理入住的時候服務員非常不專業，房間寫地暖是有的，進入房間特別冷，暖氣一點作用都沒有，兩個小孩都凍感冒，房間裏的温泉，不太確定是不是燒鍋爐，反正水温很熱，能調節的水温，衞生也特別差，冬天入住謹慎，制暖是真不行。

房間的設施很新，套房裡的私湯非常舒適，提供的晚安粥品很可口，可惜早餐裏的桂林米粉不夠正宗，不過早餐品種也挺多，味道也不錯，就餐環境很好！開放的温泉池很乾凈，温度也適宜，公共區域設計佈置得很温馨！可能是週末的原因吧，房間的衞生打掃得很倡促，地板和角落殘留挺多頭髮，而且沒有小童拖鞋提供。
