酒店位置有點偏，但提供接送張家界東門的服務，整體停車也比較方便。
酒店很新，內部硬件都很少，住了兩天，前台以及服務員都和熱情，介紹了整個張家界遊玩的行程，推薦了吃飯的地方。

酒店較新，房間乾淨空間大，衞浴略顯簡單，床品舒適，早餐品種少也夠吃飽，米粉油茶味美，二樓露台有温泉泡池休息躺椅，超預期了，前台服務周到，總體性價比高。

房間整體很好，酒店自己的温泉也很好泡，服務周到，唯一不足就是酒店本身靠山，住到靠近山邊的房間，可能會有螞蟻，遇到這問題之後，酒店也積極解決，換房間了，不錯

隔音差，你們自己聽我錄製的視頻，預訂的是家庭親子套房，凌晨12點多，我打電話到前台反映隔壁房間太吵，影響睡眠，讓前台服務員來管管，結果人家來都不來，12點37分我忍無可忍，自己沖到了隔壁的房間，直接逼問“你們到底睡不睡覺？！”，總算這帶兩個孩子的家庭安靜下來了，我也帶孩子啊，怎麼這樣的，當然，房間隔音真是太差了，隔壁看啥電視我都知道，《甄嬛傳》！早上又氣了我，早餐吧，我都不説多難吃了，你連預製菜都吃不上，幾乎空盤，吃個預製菜都要打搶！別問我怎麼知道，在我責問下，那個管早餐的大媽拿出幾個袋裝的麪包即時開即時到在盤上就ok，蒸籠上是冷凍品，還説沒熟要還要等會，什麼粥，粉，豆漿，蒸籠全空，教育我“你怎麼不來早點？”****又沒超你們規定吃早餐10點的時間，真是無語了！連預製品都吃不上，還得受你們的氣，我這錢是畫的？早餐照片我沒拍，説的是實話，另外看了游泳池，水臟，總之管理混亂，服務意識差，環境糟。近600元一晚，坑我跳了。
