第一是出入那條大的道路非常爛，導航每次都直接導過去那條爛路，對於外地人來説，交通不便利，灰塵滾滾第二是去到沒什麼好地方去，純粹就是一個住宿的地方，出去玩又要另外開車去很遠地方第三是房間灰塵多，特別是枕頭，一股發黴味道第四是空調製冷效果差，又大聲，吹出來味道大，估計很久沒清洗第五是電梯到房間之間樓道有坡度，不小心看到容易弄到腳第六是物業管理差，晚上停到路邊，被鎖車，明明有貼電話，沒聯繫本人移車，第二天早上叫開鎖，七點40打電話去物業，九點才開鎖

有個房間是鐵門，而且還是鎖不了的！衞生間、浴室裏麪的狀況不是用差來形容，洗漱台開裂，且連掛衣服或是放衣服的地方都沒有後續退房，開發票也是要額外➕六個點的費用！我想諮詢發票不是包含在內的？第一次見有這樣的收費的服務、

有三點有説下
1.網上房間圖片與實際入住不符，網上是放的陽台靠山的，而實際是靠小區這邊的
2.我定的是兩晚的住宿，第二晚也就是昨晚不知道怎麼的房間裏沒有電視遙控器，管家這邊也沒有心態解決這件事，可能是我這個單價給的太低吧
3.關於停車，小區停車是自費一晚16，雖然也沒什麼，但是在這裏住至少給個優惠啥的吧，再一個就是地庫停車出口信號不好，我這邊要停車出來才能付款，這個為什麼不提前給個二維碼，主要是後面有車擋着別人了啊。
