鐵泉水真的非常好，真温泉，房間就是有點老了，但是衞生還是很好，服務員態度很好，希望早點改造完多開放一些景點。

一開始訂了泉韻雙床房，然後客服説沒房，升級到東湖雙床，去到現場，這環境差到無話可説，簡直臟亂差，起碼二十年前的裝修，一股很久沒人住的味道，被子全部發黃到變成深黃色，最氣的工作人員居然説衹是住一晚上，5個家庭都到了，衹能加錢換成泉韻的套房，入住後，前台電話經常沒人接聽，這次是真的太失望了，我以前還是鐵泉的金卡Vip，沒想到沒去幾年，居然變成這樣，我還和朋友推薦過來，這算是最後一次了

非常好的一次出行體驗，房間乾淨整潔寬闊，房間還帶有浴池，可以舒適浸泡，公共温泉區也非常棒，泡池種類多，有免費茶點和免費早餐提供，品種多，旁邊農家菜出品也不錯，價格親民，非常值得再來！
