設施環境不錯，還有私家泡池。服務也很好，有香薰和湯包準備我們🤭🤭小朋友愛餵魚，每天早餐後一定會問服務員拿一包魚糧餵魚🤣🤣小朋友很喜歡～大堂和房間裡有茶葉提供👍🏻愛品茶的人可來這裡品茶❤️一家人玩得很開心，私湯很喜歡😍最可惜的地方就是每間房用泉水都是有限時間的。

作為攜程的長期用户，我對攜程上的這家所謂度假村非常失望，導致我以後也不想通過攜程遇到酒店了。
這家所謂的度假村就是一個大雷，千萬別報着住度假酒店心態來，最多衹能當做一個鄉村民宿。
槽點很多，大概説幾個：
1.泡池是按摩浴缸，有按摩功能，但是設備是壞的。
2.放出來洗浴缸的冷水顏色發綠，散發著腥臭，前台説多放放會變清，但是我放了很久依舊是綠色的，裏面漂着很多黑色的雜物，估計是沒過濾的溪水直接拿來當生活用水，非常噁心。（完全不過濾的那種）
3.這家温泉熱水肯定不是天然温泉，因為洗澡熱水洗手盆熱水和温泉泡池的熱水只有一邊能放，公用一條管線的。
4.前台忽悠人不打草稿，我對房間不滿意，要求換同價位其他房型，前台忽悠我沒有了，但同時間攜程還有同價位房型可以定。
5.早餐10：00結束，但9：30去很多吃的已經沒有了，配圖是空空如也的蒸籠。
6.電視壞的（後來有人來修好了），遙控器電池沒電這些小事也就算了，反正就是糟心。
7.最後就是房間沒啥景色，窗户對着一片樹林，和住農民房差不多，不要被官圖騙了。

第一天入住，進入房間，四周一看，發現煙灰缸有煙頭，下去前台問，她説有人看房所以留下。那即是有可能看房的客人逗留很久，亦有可能躺在床上試睡。泡温泉浴池也覺得清潔不全面。第二天早上九點有人搞門收拾房間，太早了。中午吃飯回酒店，看到衞生間和睡眠間地面沒打掃。
