This was our 2nd year of attending Dark Harbor. We had a larger room this year with a harbor view. The negative things were the amenities. Last year there were no amenities whatsoever and bed bugs. I contacted the management team and let them know what had happened. I was assured that we would be compensated for the problem. Not only were we not compensated but we actually paid more for our room.
We are not new to the Halloween 🎃 event. We attended the Shipwreck events the first 10 years it was open with our kids and friends.
I am very disappointed that you misrepresented your care of returning passengers.
Other than that we are looking forward to next year.

A historic cruise ship has been transformed into a special hotel. It is a very special experience. Most of the old furnishings and decorations are retained on the ship, allowing passengers to travel through time and space and experience a different cruise vacation back then.

The environment was poor, the hygiene was poor, there was a strange smell in the corridor, the facilities were old, but I was mentally prepared. The staff on the ship were lazy and had no sense of service. There was an additional parking fee of US$30/ God, in short, just don’t go. Don’t go.
