Honestly for the price this place was great! It’s right next to the beach and close to many great restaurants. The room was clean and newly updated. A lot of people complained about parking on this site but we had no issue getting a spot.

Location is near perfect: less than 300 feet from the beach, restaurants and diners, ca. 0,5 mile to main shopping street and many good restaurants. The owners and their staff are very kind, and the rooms are large and spacious and are cleaned daily. The rooms (or at least our room) could need a light makeover: the walls need paint and some of the furniture look old, but having said that, everything works and the beds and pillows are comfortable.

This place is in a pretty good location. Next to the pier. And some great restaurants across the street like this brewpub. Again, the hotel is more of a motel with a clean bed and nice shower. Otherwise, don’t expect anything fancy. Grocery store across the street and parking is available.

Small motel with newly remodeled rooms. Rooms are very clean, large, beautiful bathrooms, and comfortable beds. No coffee pots in rooms but 7-11 and AM-PM less than a block away. Very limited parking spaces. Rooms do have wi-fi, refrig, iron and ironing board.

This place does not look like the photos online. Rooms were much smaller, bathrooms had not been cleaned thoroughly - hair from previous guests, dirt/grim on the shampoo bottles, what looked like makeup foundation splattered on the wall, etc. I would pay $80 a night to stay here but not the $350 per night that we did pay. It is a rip off

Not going to lie, I was skeptical when we pulled up, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and let us check in early. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was big and clean. The beach is a block away. The Sublime Memorial Wall is right next to it. We walked to 2nd street and it only took about 10 mins and was a nice walk. I would recommend this place to couples or individuals.

Management company and staff were helpful. They came and cleaned everyday consistently. Well lit area. Walkable area to the beach, bikable to 2nd street where restaurants and local shops, if you drive, all great eatery is about 1.5- 2 miles, in general, great location

The room was very spacious and clean. It is right next to the beach. The cleaning service comes and replaces the towels and sheets and makes the bed. The bed are very comfortable. The outside was different from what I expected. It was a great stay

Great place to stay, given the general state of parking and homelessness in California. My family and I had a wonderful time. Convenient to local Belmont brewery and the pier. I do not recommend walking by yourself around the area, given the safety concerns with the homeless problem in California, especially at night.
