Staff are very friendly and you could always find someone 24 hours a day, which was very helpful as we arrived with heavy jetlag and woke up at midnight to borrow umbrellas, enquired about walking around, and to look for food at the strangest hour of the night.

This hotel is very clean and well located. The second time I stayed at this hotel, the last time I was on a business trip a few years ago, the company booked on the extranet platform, and the stay was good. This is a personal trip, but there are some different experiences. The room is divided into five stalls. Because of the 28-inch suitcase, I don't want to live in such a crowded place. I booked a room with breakfast and welcome fruit, but the hotel said that Ctrip did not inform, so no fruit without breakfast. After contacting, the hotel even said ”Give me breakfast for you.” The price at the time of booking is obviously early. Why give it away? As a Ctrip Diamond member for many years, I do feel some discomfort. Do I have to choose an overseas platform channel to ”please stay” when I book an overseas hotel?

Hotel is in such a great location and being above a pub means you’ve got ready access to plenty of decent food and drink at all times. Staff were generally very good. We interacted with three staff who were all lovely. Negatives - the room we were in (standard) was so so so small. Probably ok for one person but very small for two. - whilst we asked for the room to be cleaned, we got nothing more than new towels. No bed made, no bathroom/toilet cleaned. - there was a siren going off outside the hotel all day and all night for the entirety of our stay. Not the hotel’s fault, but paying to stay somewhere where noise made it difficult to sleep at night was frustrating. - on both nights there was a strong smell of **** coming from the beer garden after closing time. - food is whetherspoons style stuff.

The hotel is very historical and the overall decoration is also very good, but the room does not have any hot water or coffee machine, which is very inconvenient. The porter at the front desk is very friendly, but the gentleman who checked in is very disappointing The hotel is a high-end hotel, the location is very good, the hotel has a famous bar and restaurant The cleaning of the room is also not in place. Either there is no toilet paper, or the bottom mat of the shower is forgotten. All in all, it feels that the management is not good

You don't need to transfer to Heathrow and Luton Airports, and you don't need to transfer to business districts and cultural attractions such as Convent Garden. Although it was difficult for me to carry my luggage, the female staff helped me carry it down and printed documents for me.

The back street next to Harold is quiet and convenient. It is also very convenient to go to VA and the Natural History Museum. The apartment is cleaned daily. The front desk service is the best in the hotel I have stayed in, warm and friendly and doing everything I can to help guests. In particular, there is no difference in treating Chinese people and other guests. The room facilities are complete and new. The interior space is also very large, and the interior is very beautiful.
