Lovely hotel to stay at, would happily go back. When we arrived the staff at reception where helpful and gave us all the information we needed. When arriving at our room I was pleasantly surprised (after reading other reviews) the room was well presented and it's clear that they have been updated, the only thing I would say is that it appears to be missing the final touches. There was aircon, this was noisy but not an issue for myself and my daughter. The room we had was small but functional for what we needed. The bathroom was our only minor issue, when I went into the bathroom upon our arrival it was like a sauna, the bath taps where constantly running (this has been a long standing issue as there are marks from it) and whoever had last been in the room was running hot water so the bathroom was very hot, switched it to cold and the issue resolved. Lovely peaceful street to stay in minimal noise from the road. The breakfast was a strange one for us. When we arrived at breakfast there was toast, cereal, yogurt and pastries that had seen better days. The hot offer was noodles, chicken mini sausages and beans... Tbf the noodles where lovely just not what we expected for breakfast.

We had a lovely stay at St Giles, London. Well located hotel, near to Tottenham Court Road Station, bus stops, supermarkets, shops, eateries, theatres etc. From Heathrow Airport, we took the Elizabeth line to Tottenham Court Road Station and hotel was just a short walk away. The British museum was also nearby. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. As we arrived rather early, Nikki helped us to secure a room earlier than official check in time, so that we can put our luggages and rest. The concierge guys were great, giving advice on how best to get to our destination. The Chinese gentleman, sorry, I didn't get his name, even helped me with my Bolt app bookings! We booked 2 new twin rooms. Although they were small, they were sufficient for 2 pax in each room. All amenities that we needed were available and rooms were cleaned thoroughly when we returned from our sightseeing. There was no air conditioner in the rooms but weather was great, so we had no issues. The breakfast served was excellent, with a wide variety. Good choice for our short stay in London.

The hotel is very centralized. Walkable distance to most of the tourist attractions like Big Ben, Buckingham Palace etc. size of room is small but it's okay for a solo traveller. There is also a police station right opposite the hotel which makes you feel safer. There are also alot of restaurants and pubs around. Subways are also walkable. Definitely worth a stay.

The hotel location was perfect. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We book executive one bed room with city view and the view was good. Buiding is bit old. The carpet in the corridor was bit old however the room is good. No night Gowun and slipper. Only one toothbrush for two occupancy. The reecipetion staff was rude but later the senior staff was kind enough and gave us all the information about the hotel ecological system like if u be more green like using the towel and not cleaning up the room for 3 night they give a bottle of.wine or points for the resutrants. Oh btw there was a fire alarm out of blue and that freaked us but later turns out that was a technical issue. Above all it was good stay at the end.

I turned up ready to put my legs up and rest before my early morning train. I was not looking for anything special but there is basic and then there is this! I was originally put in LG5 and told to go up the stairs, along the corridor and down the stairs. I followed the instructions but, not only could I not find the room, neither could a member of staff. Another one told me to go back along the corridor, up some stairs and down some stairs. I got to the staircase at the end of the corridor and it was blocked by piles of laundry and laundry bags! I went back to the reception desk and explained that neither myself nor staff could find the room. He agreed to give me a different one (a nicer one he said!) and said to go up the stairs and the room was on the right. He didn’t, however, give me a room number. I then started trying to get into the room on the right, then the next room on the right, then the next room on the right before I came up and went back to reception once again! He told me my room number and off I went again. I opened the room door to find a bed with no pillows or duvet and no bigger than a cupboard. I shut the door and headed back to the reception. I explained that I was not staying in that room and before I could explain why, he asked, “is it not clean?!” I explained that not only was it not clean, there were no facilities. He then snapped, “so, you just want to cancel this booking? Fine!” The carpets in the corridors were filthy, the staff couldn’t care less if they tried and the room was beyond basic. I left and booked the premier inn. Much better!

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was simply amazing! The room was impeccably clean, giving me a cozy and comfortable feeling that made it feel like home. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience. Can't wait to go back!

The experience was pretty good, but they do not provide any amenities inside the room, even drinking water was not there inside the room

So happy when we arrived. Everywhere was clean and quiet. The staff are lovely and made sure that we knew everything we needed to know. The spa facilities are great. You can use the steam room, sauna, pool and the jacuzzi which I loved so much, also use rhe gym and pay for spa treatments which is reasonable priced. The shower in the room wow was lovely and hot wnd powerful. I spent so long in there i didnt wanna get out lol. This was a well deserved time for us both. We will defo be coming back in the future. Easy to find as well. There is also a parking g place round the corner which was not far at all a 1 min walk back to the hotel. Weatherspoons was next door also. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. Handy location for Excel - which is about 10 mins walk away Car park on site - not massive but good number of spaces - the parking payment is per 24 hrs. Make sure you enter the correct car reg etc at reception Good friendly welcome at the desk and a good room in the hotel. No noise from outside but a bit of noise from inside with noisey guests talking in the corridor a few times on saturday night. Only got the room key card to work in 1 of the 2 lifts and gave up in the end and used the stairs - its not clear why you would secure the lifts with key cards but not the stair well ? Good room - air con and a nice big bed and shower. Not much round and about for eating on a saturday night so had a pizza at the hotel bar - it was quite big ordered a 4 cheese pizza but was more like a cheese and tomato - pretty plain and ordinary - not brilliant value for money. Overall I would definately use this hotel again.

To here because of catching the flight after checking out from the uni student hall. The hotel is close to Terminal 4 of Heathrow Airport and the instructions for going to the hotel are clear, just about 5 minutes from the terminal exit near Heathrow Terminal 4. Go upstairs via the lift to the level written 'hotel'. The staff is very nice and they allow me to check in at about 12PM which is normally after 14PM without any charges. The staff is friendly and willing to solve problems. The room I got is really nice and see no dust or trash in the room. The bed is nicely tidy and all the devices in the room like tv, clothes iron and its desk, dryer, etc. The free breakfast included for all guests is not very impressive but fair enough. It's a buffet and it had bread, beans, bacon, sausage, etc, just a classic all-day breakfast you can get in the UK. The check out process is simple, just drop the card into the box named Check Out and you can freely leave.
