Staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any requests. One of the highlights was the easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport links. The location is great. It only takes ten minutes to get to the visa center by taxi. The overall facilities of the hotel are very good. The only drawback is that the bathroom is a bit too small. But I understand that land is expensive in London.

The location is very convenient, right next to Hyde Park, 5 minutes from Selfridges, and very close to the subway Marble Arch or Bond Street. Although the room is a bit old, the location is invincible and the area near the hotel is very quiet.

The hotel is very new, and the location is good—it's very close to Blackfriar station. The service quality is good, especially the front desk staff, who was very helpful. Surprisingly, the dinners at two restaurants were very good, and the breakfast was of Hyatt Regency's standard quality.
