Location was excellent, walking distance to Baker St Station, Marylebone high street, Regent Park, lots of food choices, etc. The apartment we stayed in was on the 4th floor, relatively quite, but it's winter, so windows mostly closed. The stairs to the apartment was squishy (with the carpeting) and uneven, so be careful if you have seniors travelling with you. The apartment is quite new and very clean. The shower door needs some fixing. Kitchen had everything we needed, including microwave, oven, utensils, fridge and washer/dryer . The only complain I have is that the manual provided for the apartment is for some other apartment. Most of the instructions for appliances etc are for other makes/models, so you'll have to figure things out yourself.

Clean rooms, very presentable, great customer service, very close to public transport, comfy beds. However, we were in room 823, a basement room in a separate building at the front of the property. We could lightly hear the Metropolitan line going past, upstairs were rather noisy and random clunky noises not all through the night, but quite frustrating. Also the green emergency lighting in the room left the room.quite bright after lights out. Other than that it's a beautiful hotel if you can sleep through anything.

It's small and cozy, the service is kind, and it feels like a small home. The building is relatively old, but the health and facilities are decent. There is an old-fashioned British elevator, which is very impressive!
There is a lot of garbage on the road outside, and the British are not that particular about hygiene.

Location wise is superb and Mable Arch Station just next to hotel. Walk less than 5 mins got Primark, Sainsbury Local and the Oxford shopping pedestrian. Room is good and spacious for deluxe category. However, the lift system should upgraded as the queue and waiting time is very long. Breakfast is so boring start from second night stay, the food is unchanged and limited option only.

Excellent stay in very newly refurbished rooms. As expected rooms were small but well designed and comfortable. Continental breakfast was superbly done with lovely selection of croissants, fruits etc and freshly made coffee.

I have stayed in many hotels in London, and the service and facilities of this hotel are really good compared to others. The room is big, the bed is big, and the mattress is relatively supportive. The mattresses of other hotels in London were too soft, which caused back pain the next day.

Location of the hotel is brilliantly placed on the corner of Hyde Park. When walking out of the front of the hotel, you're faced with the Marble Arch directly.
Very close proximity to the tube and Oxford Street is a plus.
Hotel staff were friendly and eager for feedback on tripadvisor (which I find a bit off-putting).
Hotel room on 1st floor was OK. Comfy bed, spacious bed- and bathroom. Bathtub in the bathroom is always a plus.
However, both one of the towels and the duvet cover were stained. This was thankfully replaced by hotel staff.
The A/C in the room was very noisy. The fan had three settings, Off / Medium / High. When it was set to off, the unit made a lot of noise of water running through it. Sounded like a drain that was constantly draining or a brook of water running through our room. It was loud enough that I would recommend light sleepers wear earplugs.
While on drains, the shower drain was almost completely clogged, to the point where we were unsure if we had closed the valve for filling the tub.
Both these points were forwarded to reception after the first night of our stay and we were told maintenance would take a look while we were out, but we never heard anything more from staff, and the issues remained unfixed for our remaining two nights.
All in all, an OK hotel. Location is a big selling point, but value for money could no doubt be higher.

Great
QQiandeshibeiOld hotel, good location, convenient for shopping nearby. The room facilities are a little old, but the exterior is OK. There is a Cantonese restaurant nearby, the taste is good, recommended.

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively new and modern, with a great location and design. Breakfast was very cheap for the UK. We had to pay a fee to check in an hour or two early. We were also given a room with no natural light. I thought I had booked a room without a window, but later realized I had a window. I think this was a hotel issue, but I discovered it too late. If you're concerned about windows, please take note.
