The air conditioning is sufficient and the bed is very comfortable. The room is small but the location is great. The front desk service is very professional. I don't eat breakfast at the hotel. The front desk recommends a coffee shop.

The location is very convenient, right next to Hyde Park, 5 minutes from Selfridges, and very close to the subway Marble Arch or Bond Street. Although the room is a bit old, the location is invincible and the area near the hotel is very quiet.

Location was excellent, walking distance to Baker St Station, Marylebone high street, Regent Park, lots of food choices, etc. The apartment we stayed in was on the 4th floor, relatively quite, but it's winter, so windows mostly closed. The stairs to the apartment was squishy (with the carpeting) and uneven, so be careful if you have seniors travelling with you. The apartment is quite new and very clean. The shower door needs some fixing. Kitchen had everything we needed, including microwave, oven, utensils, fridge and washer/dryer . The only complain I have is that the manual provided for the apartment is for some other apartment. Most of the instructions for appliances etc are for other makes/models, so you'll have to figure things out yourself.

A very perfect accommodation experience, the location is very good, it's only about 5 minutes walk to the bus station, and it's also possible to walk to Regent Street. The layout of the hotel is very unique and warm. Although it is retro style, the facilities are very good and the overall cleanliness is also very good. The staff is very warm and friendly, and they told us the precautions for check-in very carefully. Our English is not very good, but the staff did not lose patience at all. I will choose this place next time I come to London!

Not enough staff as my room is clean very late in the evenings. Always left out towels for 3 pax. Do not clean cups all the time.
Breakfast everyday is the same
Room size for 3 okay. Definitely the extra bed is not sofa pull out bed. Is the normal foldable bed
Staff generally well manners and try their best to assist on your queries. I am on the first floor, weekends the music is loud from happy hours onwards.
The toilet abit overflow after shower and informed next morning and solved but fourth nights, started to overflow slightly again as we are staying 6 nights.Management on maintenance not up to date .
Kettle, change but not good as always overflow even water is not up to max

The wall in the picture is the scenery outside the window! The room was so small that the two suitcases could not be fully opened! The bed is also huge and small. I'm a woman of average build, so it's just right. Land prices in London are too expensive. Don’t expect luxury rooms at high prices. They are incomparable to those in China. There is only one restaurant in the hotel. You can get food from the dining bar and order food. Anyway, after paying for breakfast, you can eat as much as you like (of course, don’t expect British food to be delicious!). What I can't understand is that I was notified to change rooms the next day. I thought it would be an upgrade, but the result... (For details next time, please see the second comment)

This hotel is almost perfect if not Becos the lift is not in service to accommodate the number of guests. You will need to queue up everyday u go out or
Come back to hotel. U need 10-15 mins extra for
Each lift journey.
The man in glasses at reception is super rude when we arrive to check in. We were a frustrated Becos of the 15 hours long haul flight for us to arrive to London plus 1 hour taxi ride. Poor service when check in.
No one will tell u there is a lift from
Ground floor to reception floor with luggage. U neee to explore yourself.

The location is convenient for traveling, there are many restaurants around the hotel, and the hotel service is good.
The space layout of the room is reasonable, it will not appear crowded, and the decoration style is modern and comfortable.

Good location, good facilities, big house, the guy who helped me carry my luggage was very nice, the only downside was the basement room, but who doesn't have a basement in the UK? It was just bad luck to get a basement room, if it was upstairs it would be perfect.

XXuKennyAfter a long search, I chose this hotel. The location is great, just behind Selfrigies department store, Oxford Street and Bond Street are nearby. The hotel is in the upscale area of Marylebone, quiet and safe. The room I was given on the 6th floor was newly renovated, very comfortable and clean, much better than the booking photos, and the room is not small. I am very satisfied with this hotel. BTW, there is a high-end *****tore downstairs, which is great.

GGuest UserGreat place, cheap, good location. Could do with having the full ingredients for the meals they provide. Place looks dated, things need to be fixed and stocked up with better quality toilet paper and also no shower gels etc. Can be a tight squeeze in some toilets and the stairwell as well as having to take our own luggage down in the basement.
