room renovation is modern. room is clean & tidy. bed is comfortable. breakfast with high quality of ham location is close to both queensway & bayswater underground stations. will stay this hotel again if I visit london in future.

The location is very convenient. It is very close to King's Cross Railway Station or subway. The room is not large and there is no small refrigerator. If you live in the lobby, you will hear loud noises at night, the wifi speed is a bit slow, and if you leave your luggage for more than 24 Hours need to go to a specific website to make an appointment.

Visited for business reasons - the hotel inside is absolutely immaculate, very comfortable and excellent rooms. Breakfast was delicious and a good spread. The location isn't excellent and from the outside it doesn't look that impressive but overall I can't fault it. Would definitely stay again!

I arrived at the hotel with my daughter for a three-night stay that was organized as a treat by my family. This break was much needed, and I was eager to enjoy our time there. On the first night, I discovered some issues with our room. I contacted the reception staff member, Ria, who handled the situation without hesitation. She promptly apologized and immediately arranged for us to change rooms. The following day, I spoke with the general manager, Florin, who was exceptional. He assured me that the issues would be addressed and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. Additionally, we were offered a room upgrade, complimentary drinks, a late check-out, and a partial refund. I could not have asked for more; his professionalism and approach were truly commendable, significantly enhancing our overall stay—an experience I have never encountered in a hotel before. The staff members, Dhioovana and Olivia, were also fantastic. They were warm, welcoming, and consistently professional. No question was too much trouble for them, and they provided a wealth of information to help us navigate London. In my experience, the level of service from all the staff would not be out of place in a five-star hotel, which speaks volumes about their dedication. I booked the crown room and requested twins beds. However they only have double bed when i checked in. They suggested to give me another twin beds room instead. And also told me the size is the same as what i booked. But, , it’s actually smaller, not crown room size! The room is clean and comfy. Their breakfast is what we appreciated the most.

Just my daughter and myself staying here for two nights, as she was attending music gigs. I drove here from the Hammersmith O2 and we arrived just before midnight. No Parking signs and not clear where to park? Found a car park and drove up a ramp but wasn't sure if this was the place for ibis customers. It was dark as late. Decided to drive back down and double park outside the hotel to ask, as it was late at night. I was told it was the right place . Parked but wasn't sure where to exit to get to hotel, as there was no sign? Not keen hanging around in dark place in London and had young daughter with me! Saw a door so assumed it was a lift. Went down but ended up outside Lidls- it was closed and the door out was locked . So back up in the lift! Saw a man in a small car park cubicle box- so asked him where I should go ... he advised me to drive all the way to other side of car park and the ibis lift there. We found it and re parked . But for goodness sake put a sign up by the entry to car park!!! 1. To confirm this is the ibis car park 2. Directions at entry to drive to other side of car park to where the ibis hotel and lift are!! Advise what to do - take car park ticket to reception to get discount. Was only £22 for 2 days which was brilliant - the hotel is central to so much . Cinema, market , gig venue and plenty of shops and eating places. The hotel itself was absolutely spotless and comfy bed . The shower hot and bathroom spotless. Towels and soap etc provided. Everything you need for a stop in London. Staff friendly and all in all a great place to stay. Will definitely stay again if any more gigs this way. Thank you 🙏

Great Stay at Point A Hotel - Paddington We had a fantastic overall experience staying at Point A Hotel - Paddington. The location is ideal, with shops, cafes, souvenir shops, train stations, and bus stops nearby. We were pleased to find direct bus routes to popular areas like Marylebone, Oxford Street, Notting Hill, Camden, and Hyde Park – making it easy to explore London. We feel lucky to have found this gem and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to London. Although the room didn’t come with a kettle or mini fridge, the hotel has a drink station at the reception where hot and cold drinks are available for purchase. One thing to note is that room cleaning is done every 3 nights, so it's a good idea to bring your own trash bags if you're staying for a longer period. However, extra toilet rolls can be easily collected from the counter whenever needed. Overall, the service was excellent, and we’re grateful for the hospitality. Thank you for a memorable stay!

The hotel facilities are clean and tidy, not old. The management is the usual style of Holiday Inn. The room has a large window for ventilation, and the service staff is also good. The hotel is in Croydon, and it is very convenient to go to the city by train. Southeast Asian people live in the suburban style. The hotel price is reasonable and the cost performance is good. You can't enjoy the luxury of London, it depends on your personal needs

This hotel was excellent. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met during our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, added to the overall enjoyment of our experience.

Check in was super smooth and very friendly. The room itself was small, but big enough our needs for the week. The staff were nice, but not very aware of surrounding issues. My son got locked in the downstairs toilets and was screaming and screaming and not one member of staff moved an inch until my wife went looking for him, only then did the staff on reception move to see what was wrong, unfortunately that left a nasty taste in my mouth as it showed me a clear lack of care towards not only customers but to children. The rooms were clean and tidy, it did take 5 nights for the bedsheets / duvet covers to be changed, they were made daily but not swapped for fresh ones. Towels were plentiful and swapped daily tough. The daily breakfast was nice with a selection of fresh fruits, cereals and croissants, They also had a selection of hot food such as sausage, bacon, mushrooms, scrambled egg and even vegan sausages if you like them. My only complaint was the scrambled egg were not seasoned at all and required quite a lot of extra seasoning. You could also make fresh toast with a selection of different jams and Nutella. And also get fresh coffee, tea or hot chocolate, although each day one of the 2 machines were broken, it seemed to change each day. They also had fresh orange and apple juice, But the machine seemed to be broken quite alot of the time and they provided it in small dispensers, unfortunately these tasted watered down. Overall the room is nice, decent breakfast, pretty good location and the price not that bad but I expected a bit better.
