Grosvenor House Suites

I’ve stayed at Grosvenor House Suites multiple times and was always impressed — until this last visit. We were placed in a room that reeked of smoke, with the smell deeply embedded in the furniture and bedding. Traveling with a child who has asthma, this was unacceptable. The only solution offered was a small air purifier, which made no difference. What’s worse was the lack of urgency or empathy from staff — a sharp contrast to the exceptional service we’d previously experienced. I left disappointed and uncomfortable, and sadly, I can no longer recommend this property based on this stay.

What a fabulous find! Our apartment was total luxury from start to finish, every last detail was perfect and really felt like home. The staff were delightful-friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and the location across from Hyde Park was great. We will be back!

Great customer service. Kudos to front desk team for being so helpful in every way! Hotel was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and there was enough space for our family to spread out and relax. They even brought and set up Apple TV for us to watch our favorite shows! Five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️’s!

This unique hotel provides one of the highest levels of service that my family and I have experienced. The exceptional staff, along with the beautiful and spacious room accommodations and the ideal location optimized our London experience for my wife and I with our three young sons.

We stayed at the Grosvenor House suites from May 3 for a week. Our only complaint is that we ever had to leave this beautiful hotel. Everything about our stay at the hotel was perfection from the moment we entered, the staff at the hotel, and the concierge were warm, welcoming and so attentive. We were greeted upstairs in the lobby, where the front office is located and were offered cool drinks and treats. We were then so pleased to learn that we had been upgraded to a two bedroom, two bath, living room, dining room, kitchen suite in a corner area with bright sun shining all around.. Just beautiful decor. Our suite was the epitome of elegance and comfort.. and the two bathrooms provided a spa like experience with luxurious molten brown amenities. Service was exceptional all those with whom we came into contact were beyond attentive and not at all intrusive. our daily morning room service was beautiful and perfection. Julia brought our meals for breakfast everyday and she was marvelous. The housekeeping service was also beyond exceptional. We’d like to say an extra thank you to LOUBNA ,DORA(guest relations) And of course the marvelous team whose names concierges….darius, Antonio and all Others whose names I have forgotten

The team especially Yasser was just amazing at everything, exceptionally friendly and helpful since the get go. Yasser is amazing at what he does, hope to come back soon and be greeted by the same lovely team. In London this has been the hotel to go for many years
