Grosvenor House Suites

Not enough space/wardrobe for clothes. The heating didn’t work upon arrival, with rooms at 18°C in the middle of winter! The heating was never repaired in one of the rooms, which then stayed at 26°C. Plumbing in the wardrobe of the room made it impossible to sleep all night and took up the entire wardrobe space! Warning sign about gas leaks… very reassuring in a 5-star hotel room. Huge red alarm light flashing all night in the wardrobe. Basic cleaning very insufficient for the bathrooms, etc. Not enough water provided without charge. Dust under the beds, unimaginable for a 5-star hotel. Food wasn’t great. Very unconfortable beds. They ran out of Nutella for the kids, then lactose-free milk, then pancakes... no possibility for any changes or any effort made to adjust the room price despite our many complaints. The only good service was from the concierges. Not sure I’ll return.

I had a fantastic time me and my family at GHS as always. I know this hotel for a long time, but this year is a different year for me and my family, the service and the people who are serving the guest are excellent and I met the Front of House Manager Manon, she treated us like family with a genuine approach, she is a professional and did a lot of things for us that’s made us very happy with my family and the service from the hotel : concierge, housekeeping, food and beverage and reception this year really went above and beyond. We will come back as usual for next year and looking forward to it!

Amazing Staff , very kind and helpfull Excellent location room space is very good Aminities are amazing it only needs little mainitance here and there The only negative point i felt was their Ala Cart breakfast , i felt it was overpriced Room rates comes as room only. i had breakfast once and didnt repeat

The moment we walked in we were treated really well. A lovely welcome, up the lifts to reception, a very smooth check in and introduction to the hotel. Everything was really well laid out, a lovely ambience and relaxed feel in the lobby and atrium bar. The atrium is a relaxed and stylish space. Nice food and drinks, and excellent service. We had a 3 bedroom suite. A very well appointed suite. First class layout of the suite, nice furniture, immaculately clean and tidy, and fully stocked kitchen area. Room service is super responsive, really professional team. The GM introduced himself when we were in the lobby. He checked in on us and made sure everything was as expected… A really nice courtesy and thoughtful touch. This GHS will be my go to for staying in London. Excellent location, service and staff. I would highly recommend.

Had the most magical weekend stay with friends at this wonderful place. We stayed in one of the 3 bedroom suites and our every wish was catered for. The staff were exceptionally attentive from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The accommodation is central to everywhere with easy public transport connections and directly across from Hyde Park. It is a peaceful, discreet atmosphere inside to relax from the hustle and bustle of London. We had a beautiful breakfast in the Atrium- Shakshuka was to die for- and the most wonderful Afternoon Tea served by Rasvan who was so attentive and knowledgable about the variety of teas. I cannot recommend this wonderful place highly enough. An oasis of calm amid the buzz and excitement that London provides. I will be back! Love love loved it!

An extra special place to stay with my friends for the weekend. Grosvenor House Suites is excellently located for enjoying the numerous attractions that London has to offer. The suites are spacious and offer every convenience that you could wish for to enjoy your stay. We were also only minutes away from Hyde Park which was beautiful to wander round to escape the buzz of the city. The food was outstanding and the staff were so welcoming, attentive and genuine. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The highlight had to be the afternoon tea in The Atrium. Delicious sweet and savoury treats were presented to us by Razvan with careful attention, but also friendliness. It was a real joy to experience. Feel very lucky to have stayed in such wonderful accommodation.
