Truly enjoyed our stay here, lovely room, spotless clean, spoiled with all the goodies in the room and the amenities, convenient location close to everything. Definitely a place to come back when visiting London again xx

The room is impeccably clean, the fridge is stocked, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and, most importantly, the staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. They even went out of their way to assist me in printing my Visa document, which was a significant help. Furthermore, the dessert and breakfast that I ordered were delicious and satisfying.

I really like the feeling of the room ~ Retro British style ~ It takes only 7 minutes from this hotel to the visa center to apply for a French visa in London ~ Super convenient ~ I will stay here again when I come to apply for it in the future ~

Room spacious and very clean. Everything you needed including toiletries , safe, mini bar and snacks which you are trusted to be honest about what you use to be declared on checkout. Tea and coffee making facilities also provided. Room cleaned every day and bedding changed after the second night. We were there for Wimbledon and it was a perfect location. 2 minute walk to the bus stop to take you directly to the Wimbledon grounds. 5 minute walk from Wandsworth town train station. I had forgotten to take a charger with me for a device I needed and they had spare chargers available to use. We also happened to mention to the manager that we were taking our own food and drink into Wimbledon and he kindly provided us with paper cups and sandwich boxes to use for our picnic. Large selection of fruits, cereals and pastries for breakfast as well as a choice of cooked breakfasts. Shout out to Joe for being helpful in giving us directions on the Sunday for where we wanted to go and places to see in the Wimbledon village. Would definitely stay again if we get the opportunity to go to Wimbledon again

Very comfortable room and beds. The manager went out of his way to be helpful and obviously worked extremely hard to make the hotel side successful. Also special mention to the housekeeping staff and the breakfast chef.
