Truly enjoyed our stay here, lovely room, spotless clean, spoiled with all the goodies in the room and the amenities, convenient location close to everything. Definitely a place to come back when visiting London again xx

The room is impeccably clean, the fridge is stocked, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and, most importantly, the staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. They even went out of their way to assist me in printing my Visa document, which was a significant help. Furthermore, the dessert and breakfast that I ordered were delicious and satisfying.

I really like the feeling of the room ~ Retro British style ~ It takes only 7 minutes from this hotel to the visa center to apply for a French visa in London ~ Super convenient ~ I will stay here again when I come to apply for it in the future ~

We booked a suite and a double, and were delighted with both. Rooms were furnished to an incredibly high standard, with great space and lovely features, and the large bathroom had a large selection of toiletries. Dinner and breakfast were both nicely prepared and delicious. Staff were attentive and always helpful with any needs. Would 100% stay here again whenever in this area.

We stayed over just once night and arrived late so don’t have much to go on. Indian man at reception - Anwar? Was very nice and helpful. He swapped out our lamp that wasn’t working. The room and bathroom were nice and spacious and the view was lovely. There was a big water stain on the ceiling and some chips of paint out the wall so that wasn’t the best. The bed was very hard and inflexible so I had a sore back the next day. Shower was fine and nice mini bar plus cute biscuits which were a nice touch.
