Tidy, but some urine smell in the toilet. The double bed is made of two separate single bed mattress so there is a gap in between. Everything else is good.

When I went in, I saw that it was a room that had not been cleaned, so I went to the front desk to change a room. I also confirmed with her that I would stay for four days. Who knew that the room card would expire the next day. I went to the front desk to communicate again. I don’t know if there is any problem with the management.
Secondly, the window of the room is dead, there is no ventilation, and the hygiene is not cleaned. Can you imagine that there is no cleaning for four consecutive days? I hung a sign every day and went to the front desk to tell them that the room needs to be cleaned. The attitude is very good and I wrote down the room number, but they just didn’t clean it. This is a bit unacceptable.
