overall positive experience! arrived at 830am and they let us checked in before 3pm since our room was available. Clean space. Smooth check out as well

The room is very clean, and spacious. It is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent — conveniently close to both the train station and bus stops, with a convenience store nearby.

The location is very nice, only a short walk from the train station.  Plenty of restaurants nearby and a M&S foodhall/Tesco express.

room was quite small for 3 pax but nevertheless we had a great stay. will opt for the bigger room if we were to return to london. location was very convenient, a few minutes walk to paddington station & edgware station.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it a convenient choice for travelers. I particularly appreciated the kitchenette in the room, which allowed us to prepare meals comfortably. The appliances, including a kettle, toaster, and stove, are all from Smeg, adding a touch of elegance and quality to the experience. Additionally, the hotel provides unlimited milk and drinking mineral water, which is a thoughtful and convenient amenity. We sourced most of our food from Marks & Spencer.

The hotel appeared clean, and I experienced a hassle-free check-in. However, there were issues during my stay. I received an inappropriate hint from the room service staff suggesting it was time to leave, even though it wasn't checkout time yet. Additionally, upon reaching the reception to check out, I encountered a staff member who showed little regard for my time. This experience might lead me to consider not returning.

New modern hotel with great staff at reception and clean, comfortable and well-appointed studios and one-bedrooms. Wish we could stay longer. Paddington however was not as conveniently located as Covent Garden, though if you were driving or hailing a cab/uber it would be a better place for that.
