The location is near the metro station but doesn't have a lift or escalator. Only stairs, difficult if you have heavy luggage. Bed sheets and towel were with stains.

Good location near underground and air con is so good in summer time. Nice service.

Love love love this 2 storey hotel for 3 Individuals. Plenty of privacy, very close to the tube and most importantly in a safe yet quiet neighbourhood. Will stay here again!

I have booked and paid for Trip.com, but when I arrived hotel , the front desk Double Charge me, what’s wrong! ? I told them, but they didn’t care about it, changed me again

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options. Would stay again and recommend to others. Only down points were told they didn’t offer bottles of water (even though my Hilton honors stated I get water), and also issue with heating/aircon in room and it was very cold, but they did supply electric heaters.

AC not working in both rooms. Could not sleep entire two nights. Had to open windows to let in air.

I was told only at the entrance that the AC system was broken down. It was the hottest time in London and the tempt airconditioning does not work really well.

The bed in the twin room of this hotel is very big, and three suitcases can be opened side by side, which is beyond my expectation. Before coming here, I read the reviews that London hotels are small and similar to those in Japan, but much bigger than Japan. The guy at the front desk was very nice. He asked several times if I had allergies. I didn't understand at first, but he was very patient. It turned out that he gave us cookies. The cookies were so delicious! The breakfast is also OK. It is only a few minutes' walk from the Natural History Museum and V&A. There is also a Chinese restaurant nearby, Shanghai No. 10, which saved my Chinese stomach. Recommended!

The room seems to have been newly renovated not long ago, so it has a bit of smell. Everything else is OK, except that the air conditioner is a bit cold at night. The hotel is in a good location, quiet in a busy area, and very convenient to go anywhere. You can get there in a short walk.

It is a suitable hotel for traveling with children. It is within walking distance to museums such as the Natural History Museum and the A&V Museum. Opposite the hotel is the subway and supermarket, which is a very convenient and high-quality location. Very bad experience! In order for Chinese people who will travel in the future not to step on the trap, let me write a few more words: 1. No air conditioning! And the windows cannot be opened. Can you imagine that the hall outside is at least 5 degrees cooler than the room? Living in a room without air-conditioning in the summer is simply too much! 2. The attitude of the front desk is extremely bad: a curly-haired woman chatted with a male guest about where there are restaurants nearby, how to search on the mobile phone, how to get there, whether to make a reservation, and how the taste is. And it's that kind of chat, not a simple reply. Forget about these, the point is that it was already 8 o'clock in the evening, and there was only one waiter at the front desk, and there were a few people waiting for checkin at the back, but the woman completely ignored it. 3. We are two adults with two children, and we booked two big beds, but it turned out that there was no room. The so-called upgrade, we gave a room with a sofa bed, which was opened with springs, and there were no blankets, so we threw a sheet. We asked the front desk for it, but after one night it was never seen. 4. The sound insulation is extremely poor. It is understandable that the sound insulation caused by foreign hollow bricks is poor, but it is really terrible. The door next door is closed, which can directly wake you up from your dream. I have never seen such a thing. 5. The sanitation is poor, and there are rags left on the table in the room. I really can’t complain, because you won’t get any response from the hotel at all!
