The location is near the metro station but doesn't have a lift or escalator. Only stairs, difficult if you have heavy luggage. Bed sheets and towel were with stains.

Love love love this 2 storey hotel for 3 Individuals. Plenty of privacy, very close to the tube and most importantly in a safe yet quiet neighbourhood. Will stay here again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options. Would stay again and recommend to others. Only down points were told they didn’t offer bottles of water (even though my Hilton honors stated I get water), and also issue with heating/aircon in room and it was very cold, but they did supply electric heaters.

I was told only at the entrance that the AC system was broken down. It was the hottest time in London and the tempt airconditioning does not work really well.

The bed in the twin room of this hotel is very big, and three suitcases can be opened side by side, which is beyond my expectation.
