To start everytime you need to go out of this hotel you need to ring a bell to come in again which is completely annoying. As I'm preparing my PhD sometimes I work overnight and need to take short walks in between.
The guy who works there said I was disturbing the other guests for pressing the bell. So it doesn't make much sense.
When I arrive the lady in the reception charged me again despite having paid it online.
And to finish the cleaning is the worst. Behind the TV which wasn't working had so much dust that probably is sitting there for more than a year.
