Exceptional location. I felt very safe and at home at all times. Good staff and I have to say the Lao at ion is perfect. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend it for families.

The hotel location is close to queensway & bayswater stations of 2 different underground lines which easily reach other districts. Only 15 mins walk to paddington railway station, no steps on the path

Front of house staff very pleasant and helpful dealing with first issue of door to allocated room being jammed by internal lock. Revised room adequate for one night stay, bathroom very small and staff failed to advise room was directly above laundry room where driers were operating from 1am onwards. Totally unacceptable sleep disturbing noise in otherwise quiet location. Did not sample food or other services Convenient location for access to Kensington Gardens and walking distance to Paddington station

Really close to hyde park. U can go to the town with train or bus. Just walk 5 min to get both of it. Room is a small

Lancaster Gate Hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I have been there multiple times on my own , visiting from USA, and also with my husband last week. The hotel is lovely, very clean, very welcoming, very helpful staff , lovely rooms and a great English breakfast buffet every morning. It is a pleasure to be in this hotel, I love it. It is also in a safe area with easy access to 2 tube stops and an easy walk to Hyde Park for an early morning stroll. They will also take your luggage in and store it if you get in early in the morning, and even look after it for a couple of days if you are going up north to visit relatives for a few days. This is by far the best hotel I have found and highly recommend it , it's perfect !! Thank you for making our London trip so pleasant. Looking forward to my next trip.

Lancaster Gate Hotel was exactly what we needed - great location, comfortable bed, quiet and safe area. Breakfast was good,quite basic, but nothing to complain about. It got very busy, but we managed to get a table quickly. The only thing to note is that soundproofing in the room is not the best, we could hear our neighbours quite clearly through the walls / ceiling. It didn’t bother us and we enjoyed our stay. Overall, amazing value for money, we would come back!

Good location near tube. This hotel is spotless and this is very important for me. The sink in the bathroom was leaking and the room was very cold, it was very cold weather for March but no heating in the room, only the bathroom. There was a new cashier system in place and the staff were struggling to get used to it, very long wait for drinks etc because of this. This is my second time staying here. It is a good base for London. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel was in a very nice location with full of busses to gi wherever you want. They cleaned my room every day. I am very satisfied. I will recommend it

A bathtub! Lovely old hotel with a nice view and very accessible to some important sights to see in London

Good but quite far from station. The receptionist is bery helpful but can take long when the hotel get busy. They allow to leave the luggage after checking out and there are taxi services if needed

The location of the hotel was great and 6 min walk from either Lancaster gate or qweensway train station, but the view was a bit disappointing, but it was one night so no big deal.

The room was extremely small . No extra blanket in the room Good breakfast
