Hotel in an excellent location, easily reachable on foot from the Gloucester road tube station, with supermarkets, ATMs, pubs and restaurants nearby...my room was small and the services were very basic, recommended especially for those who want to visit most of London of the day and return to the hotel only for the night. In my room there was no hairdryer and no water boiler. Friendly and helpful reception staff

Absolutely filthy. First room hadn’t been cleaned, changed to a different room which apparently had been cleaned. The only thing that had been done was the beds had been changed. Work surfaces were dirty with drink stains, there was muck and dust everywhere. 10 year old cobwebs in the windows. I complained 4 days ago and still haven’t had any response, so also appalling customer service. Would not recommend, looks nothing like the photos online.

The room was small and dirty. Our bathroom was full of mold and there was no cleaning (also no bin emptied) all week. The room door could not be locked from the inside and despite the fact that the staff was very friendly, nothing happened after a report. Fortunately, there was a supermarket opposite the hotel where we could buy breakfast. Metro and bus stop are also nearby. But otherwise not recommended.

The hotel is good as a location because it has a nearby subway and a supermarket next to it, otherwise, it is terrible in terms of cleanliness, not very comfortable and next to a street with a lot of traffic=noise.
The elevator only goes up to the 4th floor and we were given a mini room on the 5th floor, you had to carry your bags up the stairs.

Our room /double standard superior, 3rd floor) was clean, the hallways and stairs to get to the room were not, but from what we understood there was work going on. Top location, ten minutes from two metro stops, friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money - ok for a 2/3 night stay

Advice was wrong from hotel receptionist. I had to double book, they charged extra. In addition, the water was, in my opinion, not safe to drink. It was very cloudy. As soon as I entered the room, I placed a chair below the handle. AVOID this hotel for business or personal pleasure. There is a reason it is relatively cheap.

de maravilla 🥰😍😍yo ha reservado 3 dias porque no estaba Convencida por los fotos de las habitaciones y las reseñas que estában quejando además casi todos españoles .y como estaba super barato comparación con los otro que estaba al rededor. Pero la verdad me quedé con la boca abierta por el bien que estaba de precio y de la habitación 👌🏻No recibió lo que me lo que merece 🙌🏻puedes lo que quejaban . Era en la época cuando estaba de obra y por eso . Normalmente tenían que cerrar el la época de reforma para no caer en mal entendido . Además me comentaron que acaban de acabar reformas hace un mes 😍las habitaciones estaban mucho mejor que en la fotos 🫡la verdad vale la pena y yo normalmente no hago reseñas porque no tengo mucho tiempo por me trabajo que viajaba mucho como 4 veces al mes 🫠pero la verdad vale La pena y la zona segura segura en comparación con el resto de la ciudad. además puedes salir en cualquier hora de la noche sin ningún problema .El hotel está en una avenida super grande y transporte en cualquier minuto . Y el personal muy bien equipado a cualquier cosa. Rápido te lo desilusionan
