Short walk to two tube stops Friendly staff Continental breakfast was just about adequate for our needs My son has a peanut allergy and the lady in the breakfast room didn’t really understand and couldn’t provide an allergy list so we had to ask her to bring the cereal boxes to read and we didn’t trust to let him eat much else there The room was small but enough for our requirements Double bed was shared by me and my 7 year old and it was a bit of a squeeze The room was very stuffy, the air con didn’t seem to work It was a good value for money stay, but I’d pay a bit more for slightly better next time Short walk to the Imperial War museum well worth a visit !

This hotel is in a very good and convenient location Near the Big Bang The staff are very attentive and very polite.

Good deal. Room is a bit small but overall, it’s good. The receptionist is very accommodating as well.

The room was small but cosy. The reception staff were friendly, but the lady handling cleaning and breakfast was quite cold—she barely acknowledged my greetings and acted like I wasn’t meant to be there.

We had a wonderful time in London. Sharam gave us a warm welcome and was very kind during our stay. Thanx to the great staff, good location, delicious breakfast and nearby grocery stores we had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!

Clean, spacious. All required amenities were in the room. Very pleased with my stay.

The room was lovely. It’s on a quiet street but very close to some great sights, restaurants and pubs. The staff is wonderful. Very kind, very helpful. When back in London will absolutely stay there again.

Lovely staff, Mehdi was the person who checked me in and was particularly welcoming and helpful. The room was nice and I was treated with kindness and respect, unlike some others in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Weak internet signal, thin wall between the room and the side exit used at night. Perfect cleanness, the room had everything from AC, desk, fridge, tea, etc., and the service is friendly. Good location, the bed was OK, good value for money.

Location great for Southbank, Waterloo Station and Inax, easy 15 minute walk . Looks a bit scruffy on the outside but room was modern as was bathroom, clean with fridge, basic but very comfortable. Smart TV so access to Netflix etc, hosts could not do enough for you, so lovely and friendly, free water and fruit whenever you wanted and even offered tea when we popped back to use the loo before our drive home, top hosting, do beware this is in the Congest6Charge Zone but fred parking easily available very close at weekends
