Lovely hotel great location for totenham hotspurs ground for concert also great link to london oxford street and kings cross. Staff lovely and friendly would definitely stay here again.

Poor service by bad-mannered and discourteous cleaner Marli. Shockingly, no members of staff were on duty on Saturdays at all, not even cleaner. Nobody was at the reception, nobody cleaned rooms and this is allegedly hotel's system, not just a one off. Health and safety is blatantly ignored, in an event of emergency like fire, etc. there would be nobody to help.

Just finished a lovely stay here, a special shoutout to Marli the housekeeper who was amazing! She really couldn’t do enough for us, the room was spotless, drinks added to the fridge everyday and Marli was just overall so lovely! We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely stay! Thanks so much again Marli!

Great hotel.we have just returned from a weekend in tottenham to see pink.on arrival no hassle booking in.straight up to room.rooms comfy and in good order.i do not know why people have given bad reviews.excellent location for all public transport and only 20 min walk to the tube at seven sisters.if I were to stay in the area again I would stay there again.👍👍👍

This hotel is a bit far from the centre of London, but its no problem taking the bus to any underground stations. The lady working there was very welcoming and nice and made sure we had a good stay. The rooms looked newly renovated and quite nice with both a shower and a bathtub. Nice duvets and pillows.

This hotel is a fraud, broken tiles in foyer, stairs are dangerous, construction materials just left in foyer and the bathrooms, are not clean with soap scum etc in the shower, Very run down building with a few cosmetic cover up for photos, And the location feels very unsafe and intimidating , I requested a refund with in 15 min of being there and they refused and told me to go back to the booking agency

Highly overrated Hotel. Teeribel experience. Small room, no fan just the AC , the bed is unconfortable, hardly any space in the room for 2 people. Very rude person at reception, who spoke Hindi and very poor English. Room service bad. Had to ring up in the morning for sachets of coffee powder, and inflexible staff . Avoid at all costs unless you have no other option. Dont get fooled by the ratings . Obviously manipulated ratings/ For just few hundred rupees more much better Hotels available. Had no option since that was a Muhurth day
