Gabor, our concierge, made us feel very special and his service was impeccable. He is part of what makes Browns such an exceptional experience. Love it here. We are repeat visitors from Canada and find this hotel to be one of the best in London. The location is so handy to everything and then having truly 5-star amenities and exceptional staff ensures the stay is worth it. It is now our go-to hotel in London

The staff is amazing - affable, approachable and very helpful. I look forward to seeing the renovations completed. The breakfast choices were veery good and the atmosphere was classy and relaxed. There was no request that the concierge and front desk could not handle.

The hotel is truly beautiful and the service is excellent… attention to detail and a gracious charm… the staff is most professional welcoming and helpful.. the newly refurbished rooms are elegant and well appointed…the floral arrangements are outstanding

Traditional English tea was incredible, on arrival they noticed we were Spanish and pair us with lovely Maria who explained the options of different teas and made us feel like at home. Simone continued looking after us and we had a wonderful experience. We were celebrating my birthday and the brought a little sweet with a candle and sang me happy birthday, super sweet. No doubt I will return 🤩🤩

I recently went to Brown's to enjoy the Afternoon Tea at the Drawing Room, and what a delightful experience that was! While visiting Brown's not for the first time myself, it was a first time for my brother for his short trip to London. As the Drawing Room is a wonderful place to have a nice tea and atmosphere, I couldn't think of a better place for honest, thoughtful and personalised experience just from the excellent servise by the team members! Karol and Chiarina greeted us with a biggest smile. Servise provided by Lefter and Maria was exceptional, with their expert knowledge of the teas and recommendations in pairing it with sandwiches and sweets. While live piano music was playing and we had an amazing time, Rocco checked on us showing care for their guets. We did have the best Afternoon Tea experience thanks to iconic Brown's Hotel and it's core, which is an amazing people who makes you feel like a part of their family!

For a long family weekend in London we were looking for a good place to experience a traditional tea, and The Drawing Room at Brown’s did not disappoint. The atmosphere, food and service were all outstanding. Our servers, Lefter and Maria, were pleasant, informative, and extremely attentive. The tea selection ran several pages, but they were very helpful in navigating the choices. The food was delicious and plentiful - they are happy to bring out more of your favorite items. The sandwiches, scones, cakes, were all outstanding. The room was bright and comfortable and a piano player enhanced the ambiance. Would definitely recommend The Drawing Room for a great tea experience!

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel très confortable. Seul commentaire : les chambres côté rue sont bruyantes. On pourrait attendre mieux d'un hotel d'une telle classe et d'un tel prix.

Un afternoon tea agréable et complet, toutes les petites mignardises salées ou sucrées sont excellentes ainsi que le thé. Nous reviendrons si nous repassons par Londres! Le service est de qualité, le prix 30£/personne hors service reste encore abordable compte tenu de la qualité.
