Я хочу сказать большое спасибо персоналу отеля, который отреагировал на проблемы с нашим заселением. Нам предоставили номер лучшей категории, чем мы бронировали, а так же бесплатные завтраки, из-за возникших неудобств. Это действительно прекрасный сервис, мне очень приятно, что персонал уделил мне все своё внимание. Отдельное спасибо за номер именно с ванной, так как моя дочь имеет проблемы с ножками, она не может стоять в душе. Персонал отеля старается сделать наше пребывание в Лондоне максимально комфортным. Мне помогли подобрать ресторан для празднования дня рождения моей дочери. В отеле есть завтраки для диабетиков (без глютена), что для нас было очень важно. Тут есть лифт - для тех, кто не может передвигаться по лестнице, а на входе мне помогают занести коляску. Уборка каждый день. В ванной косметика Elemis, высокого уровня. В номере всегда есть бесплатная вода и корзина с фруктами! Расположение отеля просто прекрасное! Очень рекомендую останавливаться тут!

We stayed at the montcalm for my daughter's birthday, the staff were amazing and made my daughter's birthday fabulous.. She was left a lovely bottle of wine and chocs. Nothing was too much trouble. the room was lovely, everything you needed was supplied. Comfortable bed and amazing pillows. Thank you to Kayla and all the team. Will definitely be back again . Les photos jointes parlent d'elles-mêmes, tout simplement scandaleux pour n'importe quel hôtel, à plus forte raison pour un 5 étoiles... Moisissures au plafond, joints de la baignoire en train de développer de nouvelles formes vies, chambre sombre et poussiéreuse. Mini- bar inexistant et pas de room service. Quant au petit-déjeuner, moi qui me faisait une joie de savourer un bon petit déj anglais, bacon froid et dur, oeufs mal cuits... bref je n'y retournerai plus

The hotel staff were very in active and really could not careless ,
The coffee machine was never working properly food trays always empty and it seemed a effort to replenish them for a complete breakfast
the towel changed over no hand towels provided
The shower leaked and kept us up all night

Wonderful friendly staff
Really friendly staff.
We had a marvellous upgrade to a suite but the room was tired and not as one would expect for the cost that that room would be.
We left our thoughts with reception and await the hotel managers response.
Great location and could be a real jewel.
