Stayed recently at this hotel which is an absolute gem. Not to be missed. Although the rooms are on the small side .. they have all been recently refurbished and are very comfortable to stay in. The buffet breakfast has everything one needs and is served in the lounge area. The hotel is very conveniently situated near tube stations and major sites. What makes this hotel stand out are the staff. Every single person that I interacted with whether it was house keeping or restaurant staff, they were one of the best I have come across. Really recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at the Montcalm Mayfair Hotel, and the In-Room Dining service truly stood out. The food was exceptional, always delivered promptly and beautifully presented. A special mention to Arbaaz from the IRD team, whose warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel completely at ease—like being at home away from home. His thoughtful service elevated my experience and made it truly memorable. I highly recommend Montcalm for both comfort and outstanding hospitality.

An amazing location, hotel and team. From the moment we entered the front doors, the service was outstanding. The check in experience and escort to the room was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and the service team, especially Olivia, were a bright and friendly start to the day. The rooms are well appointed with stunning bathrooms. The spa area is certainly not to be missed.

My stay at the hotel was a 10/10! The perk that stood out to me the most was the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. It’s in a great location and is a nice walk away from many nice spots. The breakfast was nice as well, and it was a pleasure to be served by Olivia! She has great energy and made my stay more enjoyable
