Check in was such a headache, they requested a pin to self check in however I never received any emails from them regarding to the check in process!!!! Make number of phone calls and put you via to other branches which didn’t help. Finally, we got hold with the staff for check in, he asked us to walk 2-4 mins away to another building to check in….however the staff was really rude and unwelcome. Not recommended anyone else to book.

The place to check in is No. 109, which is a villa area with many buildings. The surrounding environment is good and quiet. For food, there are supermarkets.
The room is big, suitable for a family. Cook your own meals, do your laundry. Pots and pans, washing machine are very convenient
The most important thing is that the waiter who checked in is a very nice person. The luggage was heavy and they helped me with it. The surrounding area is the West End of London, and it is considered to be a place where rich people live. It is very safe.
Things in the room are a bit old but it doesn't matter. Fairly clean, it's best to bring your own toiletries

Everything too do with the room was perfect, my only discretion was I turned up too the property and there was a code needed too enter, I hadn't been told previous and wasn't instructed what I needed too do too luckily there wasn't a couple who was going in who told me what I needed too do too get access too my room. So overall good but should have been told this information prior.

Room was a bit small but I am satisfied because I am small convenient with kitchenette.
One thing I probably comment was a bit far from Hammersmith station. Nice area I feel save also has lock at the door that you need code to get in.
