Lift is slow and during night, not function. We have to use stairs to 4th floor. The stairs is steep. Reception guy is not friendly and not helping, pls change this Staff.

Simply horrible the cleanliness and really needs to be seen again even better I don't understand why this hotel is still open the rooms are really very small for three people and really very old the elevator hasn't been working for a very long time apparently not easy when your rooms and located on the 4th floor with luggage and child my worst and the shower of unimaginable dirt I really do not recommend this hotel to avoid

The hotel is in a good location, near the Paddington subway, but the hotel facilities are very poor. The elevator does not display and the buttons are not easy to use.
