The room and toilet is the smallest I have stayed in anywhere in the world including Japan. But then location is perfect for my purpose and it's the cheapest room I can find. It'd be better if the shower can be normal in terms of pressure and a tiny desk will be nice.

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel.
1) It was very dirty, the sheets, quilt and pillows looked like they had never been washed!
2) Noise problem. Every time the elevator is in operation, it makes a loud noise, which makes it very noisy for people living in nearby rooms!
3) I had originally requested a room on the upper floor instead of a basement room, and trip com showed that the message had been delivered. However, when I got there, it was still a basement room. It was as if they had not received the message!
Will never stay at this hotel again nor recommend it to anyone else!

The price is cost-effective and the location is convenient. I can recommend it to my friends. The front desk service is very good. They handle problems as soon as possible and are very polite and have a first-class attitude. I feel very relieved and have fun.

The hotel's location is very good, you can easily walk to Big Ben, the London Eye and Westminster Abbey. Located in a quiet neighborhood with good restaurant and pub options. Breakfast was an aspect that left a little to be desired.
