- The 3-person family room is arranged on the basement floor and can be reached by an elevator, but the elevator is often out of service, so you have to luck.

My sister and I stayed for 1 night, to watch Wicked at the Apollo victoria, the room 506 was a good size , very clean and had everything possible needed.
Everything is in walking distance perfect location for a bit of site seeing around london too.
Will definetly use again in the future.
All staff we had contact woth was reallu helpful and friendly.
Also have a luggage room where you can leave your case prior to check in.
