Very dissatisfied! The Bloomsbury Graham Hotel does not have the conditions for hotel reception. It seems to be converted from an old-style residential house. It is strongly not recommended to choose it. The reasons are as follows: 1. The pillowcases and other bedding were not changed, and the hygiene was poor. As soon as I entered the room, I smelled a strong strange smell, a bit pungent and seemed to have a bit of medicinal oil, which was very uncomfortable. After checking the whole room, it was finally found that the strange smell came from the pillows that were slightly yellowish in white. If I hadn't smelled the strange smell and checked carefully, it would not be easy to find that the pillowcases and bedding had not been changed at all! ! ! 😱 At that time, a male cleaner was cleaning the neighboring room. I told him that the bedding had not been changed, and the pillowcases were dirty and smelled. I asked him for the pillowcases and other bedding, and simply changed them myself. After changing them, the smell gradually dissipated. 2. There was no boiled water to drink. There was no electric kettle for boiling water in the room, and there were no tea bags or coffee bags, so I couldn't make tea or coffee. I had to buy drinking water and bring it to the room every day (Figure 1 shows some bottles). 3. No hot water for showering. On the first night, the faucet only had cold water but no hot water. The person sent by the front desk could not solve the problem. The guest suggested to use the neighboring room without guests. The result was the same, only cold water but no hot water. In the end, he still could not shower. 4. No shower gel or shampoo 5. No hair dryer The above three, four, and five items seem to be that they do not want guests to take a shower. 6. There is no elevator. Even if the room is on the fourth or fifth floor, guests have to carry their luggage up the stairs by themselves. Moreover, the old family-style wooden stairs are steep and narrow, and it is really difficult to carry luggage up. 7. There are not enough room keys. Only one key is given for two people to check in. I don’t know who will come back first. Whoever comes back first will have to put the key at the front desk first. Whoever comes back first will go to get the key. The front desk and the residence have different entrances and exits. Guests have to go out of the residence door and walk N meters on the sidewalk of the road to reach the entrance of the front desk. It is very inconvenient to toss back and forth. 8. There is no qualified toilet and bathing space. It is too small to be smaller. It is easy to bump into the human body when using it. I have to walk sideways past the wash basin to enter the bathroom, and it is more difficult for a healthy and obese person to enter and exit the bathroom. I didn't know about the above "eight no" problems until I checked in. Only the ninth one was displayed when I booked the room. 9. No Wi-Fi

The location of the hotel is great. You can reach the entrance of the British Museum just after you go downstairs and turn a corner. But the decoration is really hard to describe. The cheapest single room has a shared bathroom, and I don’t want to take a shower at night. Fortunately, the sheets and pillows don’t have any odor. The service of the girl at the front desk is still very good.
