Stayed here in previous years and loved it. Booked one night special occasion theatre trip with granddaughter - 'superior' twin room. Standard of service and accommodation has declined - at that price, won't be going there again. Room poky, towels small, limp, washed out. Service not helpful. Kettle burnt my hand, falling apart. Took it down to reception. It was not replaced during stay. One star for comfortable bed.

We were surprised and delighted with our stay. Location was idyllic, quiet in a residential area, the room extremely comfortable, wonderful breakfast room and short walk to the underground.
